Welcome to Coastal Three, this is an island retreat just one block from the beach! From the moment you enter this spacious 5bedroom/5bath three-story design, you will immediately feel like your vacation has started!

The home is laid out perfectly for one or multiple families vacationing together! This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home features two master suites on two different floors as well as two separate bedrooms, one with two queens, the other with one queen on first floor! In addition to all of this space, the entire third floor is a dedicated bunk room with built in twin beds and a hang out area for the kids! The third floor also has an amazing balcony with ocean views to catch some rays during the day or watch the sunset at night! All bedrooms have smart TV's and full Xfinity cable packages.

The open great room & dining room overlook a gourmet kitchen complete with custom cabinetry and Thermador stainless steel appliance package. The chefs kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need in your home away from home! Off of the great room, there are porches and balconies to enjoy a morning coffee or after dinner drink! The home has two Weber gas grills, one on the first floor, pool level as well as one on the kitchen level.

The pool level features an awesome kitchenette with ice maker, fridge and sink for making pool side drinks after a long day at the beach! As you step outside you will realize this pool is an awesome spot to relax with plenty of seating in the shade, comfy couches and chairs for lounging and a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings!
Home includes all of the beach gear that you will need including beach bikes, chairs, umbrella's and games!

On the garage level of the home there is ping-pong, shuffleboard, and a basket ball hoop-shoot game! Tons of fun for all of the family and tons of space for cars and golf carts!

Must be 35 years of age or older to rent this house. No smoking or pets. The maximum number of overnight guests (over the age of 2) is 12. Please note, IOP is sensitive to inappropriate noise levels so no parties and large gatherings after 10 PM. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

Isle of Palms is a beautiful barrier island near Charleston that has the relaxing air of a beach town but only 20 mins. from all downtown Charleston has to offer. Besides the gorgeous, wide beaches, IOP has a marina for renting kayaks, jet skis or boats, has an amazing recreation center that includes a playground, tennis courts, sport fields and indoor and outdoor basketball courts. This is truly a one of a kind home in an excellent location on Isle of Palms with the beach and Intercostal Waterway just steps away!

This property is fantastic! Great location and truly a luxury property! Josh was wonderful when we could not find a hotel on the way down he worked magic and allowed us to check in early! We have fallen in love we IOP and are looking for a property now!

What an awesome spot for old friends to gather! The house and grounds were meticulously kept. The home was beautifully decorated and appointed with everything one could need including bikes and beach gear. We had the best time and would highly recommend this home to others!

The home exceeded our expectations. The house was well equipped and taken care of. No need to leave the house but the beach is right around the corner and dining and entertainment is a short golf cart or car ride away.

Amenities Galore

This house has all the amenities for inside and out: a fantastic outdoor seating area, pool, plenty of chairs and tables and two outdoor grills. It was chilly so we didn’t spend time on the beach but if we had, there were beach chair, towels, a boogie board and more to take down there in a handy cart. The owner, who was great to work with, also has bikes for you to use to get around the island. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us to spread out with a great hang out area next to the dining table and large, well-stocked kitchen. The only thing I found missing that I needed while I was there, was a blender (and a bundt pan but who would expect that to be in a rental anyway?) Great stay, great owner and great location!

Beyond All Expectations

I can't say enough about this house, this owner, this whole experience. They have anticipated everything you could need to have fun at IOP. We were there for my son's wedding in Charleston and I rented the house so my guests and family would feel comfortable stopping by. As it turned out, the wedding party decided that the pool cabana was the perfect gathering spot. I would like to think it was my hosting skills and because we are so much fun, but it really was the way this house handles a crowd. Beautiful decor and so accommodating! We are looking for dates to rent it again!!!

Fantastic House!

Over the past 25 years, we stayed in 100’s of houses on IOP. This house is probably the best one ever! Great layout, elevator, stocked kitchen, 2 mini fridges, games in the garage, perfect sized pool (they even have insulated cups for you to use on the pool deck), floats, chairs, adorable outdoor furniture just to name a few of the extras! The home owner, Josh, goes above and beyond to make your stay most comfortable! I just can’t say enough good things….

Excellent stay

We had a family of 10 with ages ranging from 65 to 7 stay for about 1 week. The house had great entertainment, a large number of amenities for both the beach and town and was very spacious and comfortable. The beach was easily accessible and excellent. For our non-beach or after tour days, my family was enthralled with ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball or lounging in the pleasant pool. The owner was very kind and responsive to any questions that arose. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house without hesitation.

Beautiful, well-equipped home

We had a wonderful family stay this week! We rented the owners golf carts that made beach transport a breeze! Plenty of bikes to take group bike rides( could’ve used a baby seat for one of the bikes). Made several family meals in the well/equipped kitchen. And the outdoor space was really nice for evening chats and TV watching. We had a great time and the owners made sure we were going to!!

Our stay at Island Paradise was wonderful! The home is exquisitely decorated, the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could imagine. This home had a great open concept that allowed us to cook, eat, and play games all at the same time. There were 11 of us and we never ran into each other. The pool and veranda were great. We could watch the kids swim and watch the Olympic trials at the same time. I have stayed at many properties around the globe and I would put this one at the top. Our host was beyond accommodating and responsive. He always answered the phone promptly and was so gracious. You will more than enjoy your stay here. Now if Mother Nature could just work on the heat and humidity!!!!

Great House and Experience

We had the best stay at Island Paradise. We've been to IOP 5+ years, always staying in a comparable house, and this was by far, the best overall. We've stayed in 20+ VRBOs generally over the years, and this was the best experience. The house was two blocks from the beach, which was convenient but a block away from the business of Palm Blvd. The house was spacious - enough room for 4 kids under 14 and 6 adults. It was well-stocked with essentials and nice-to-haves - beach gear, gaming tables, bikes, cooler bag, plenty of beach towels, dedicated icemaker, etc. We cook a lot of meals on vacation, and the kitchen had everything that you have at home (and more). Lastly, communication with host was top-notch. In the few cases we reached out to the host, he responded within 15 mins or so. Incredible time ... cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful. There are enough rooms for the kids to each have their own space. The kitchen is top of line. It has everything you need and more. The house is well stocked with towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, sunscreen, beach chairs, every kitchen appliance you need and more. The heated pool was a plus since when we visited IOP, the weather was a bit chilly. The outdoor fireplace came in handy and was relaxing to sit by in the evening. The house is one block from the beach, an easy walk or quick golf cart ride. What I appreciated most, was that the owner of the house was only a phone call away if needed. The whole family had an amazing time and plan to visit again.

Amazing house with everything!

Our family could have just stayed at the house! This home has everything you need… pool, fireplace, porches with views, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board, bikes, beach gear and a great kitchen for cooking! Well appointed, super clean and the most comfy beds you will ever sleep in! The location is perfect and central on the island so getting to places is super easy and quick. Just a quick walk or bike ride to the beach makes it convenient for beach days or coming and going throughout the day! You often don’t find places where they have literally thought of everything! This is the place! Thank you for a wonderful stay… feeling grateful that we got to experience such an amazing and beautiful oasis!

Holiday extended family gathering

Good experience at this property. It’s a block from the beach but doesn’t have ocean views. The house is exceptionally appointed and has pretty much anything you can think of. Perfectly sized for a group of 10, with parking space for 4 cars. Excellent communications with property manager. Photos are accurate. 2 of the 5 bedrooms lack in room televisions but one is the twin room on third floor and the sitting area has a TV on that floor. Main living level is excellent. Kitchen has high end appliances and is well stocked. Multiple outdoor decks, a great heated pool, outdoor sofas and an outdoor fireplace (inoperable during our visit) make the outdoor areas excellent. Games, bikes, beach chairs on lower level. We would stay here again and would recommmend the property.

Amazing Stay!

We booked this property last minute for spring break with my husband, 5 month old, 3 year old daughter, as well as my in laws. The owner of the house was the epitome of southern hospitality! Very kind and accommodating. Upon arrival we felt comfortable and welcomed. We couldn’t dreamed a better place to stay. There was plenty of room for us to be together and enough room to spread out when needed. My daughter loved swimming in the pool *while* watching the tv. She enjoyed many “nature” walks in the quiet neighborhood and to the beach. The house is one block from the beach which was perfect - away from the main drag but still close to everything! I noticed a previous reviewer mentioned it was a far walk. We were able to walk effortlessly with a threenanger plus our infant and all of their gear in less than 5 mins. There is an access point to the beach directly across the street at 37 A. The location could not be any better! We enjoyed hanging on the beach and collecting sea shells! The house was clean and well stocked. Provided beach towels were a life saver! The beds were so comfortable and everyone really loved the house. Harris teeter was 3-5mins from the away and you could easily bike if you wanted. This was our first time coming to IOP and after staying here I don’t think we could stay anywhere else when we come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Best VRBO Beach Stay

House was perfect for what we needed for our family (5 adults and 3 kids under 6). Pool was perfect with outside gazebo and big screen TV, perfect set-up. Game room in the garage ! Golf carts available for rent, bikes & plenty of beach chairs. Beach was close enough. Great restaurant a short golf cart ride away. Downtown Charleston just 20 mins, airport 30 mins, good golf 10 mins. great location !! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will try to stay here again if in the area .
