Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas del puerto y el océano desde esta unidad de extremo suroeste ubicada en Marina Towers. Esta unidad es un dormitorio principal con baño mejorado adjunto (cama Queen) y vestidor grande. El dormitorio delantero tiene una lujosa cama King size. Te sorprenderá la vista. La sala de estar tiene un hermoso sofá cama Queen. Ligero y brillante con una refrescante brisa del mar. Salga al balcón exterior con su café por la mañana para ver al pescador comenzar su día o una copa de vino por la noche para una espectacular puesta de sol y luego el puerto se ilumina por la noche. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores, en un edificio para no fumadores.

La unidad es elegante y está completamente amueblada, incluyendo ropa de cama y baño. La cocina actualizada tiene encimeras de granito y está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios para una excelente experiencia culinaria. La sala de estar y el dormitorio tienen televisores y la unidad cuenta con conexión a internet wifi. El condominio tiene su propia lavadora / secadora. El complejo es muy privado, cerrado y seguro con estacionamiento subterráneo para un automóvil de tamaño completo. El complejo también cuenta con piscina, jacuzzi, área de barbacoa e incluye una sala recreativa, gimnasio con sauna. A poca distancia de todas las tiendas y restaurantes del puerto y, por supuesto, de la playa. Great vacation spot

This is a great condo in a great location. Easy access to the beach, harbor, shops, restaurants and downtown oceanside, all walkable. Hostess left condo well supplied with essentials and met us for check-in. The floor to ceiling windows have great views of all that's going on. Highly recommend and will stay again if our plans bring us to Southern California.

Location Location Location

Lots of positives about this property: Location, complex maintenance, nice residents, view, and size of condo. Extra - toiletries, towels, bedding, hand soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels. Dishwasher and washer/drawer work nicely. Good kitchen utensils, excellent dishes, bowls, and good pots and pans. Very comfortable bedding, multiple pillows and a large comfortable sofa. Nice balcony seating area overlooking the marina. Nice TV in living and bedroom. Condo receives wonderful breezes from the ocean that cool the condo day and night and there are small fans available to supplement if necessary. Good on-site parking, exercise room, pool and patio furniture with gas grill. Lots of good restaurants at the foot of the complex and easy walk to the beach. What makes it even better is the communication and responsiveness of the owner who is sincerely interested in answering and questions and addressing any issues. Highly recommend this property.

Stunning Views in Oceanside Harbor

We enjoyed our month long stay at this property and the host is very nice and communicative. The view can't be beat, full walls of windows with an amazing view of the harbor and the ocean. The location was perfect for exploring the coast from San Diego to LA. The complex was very secure and had a parking space, pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and gym for our use. We enjoyed easy walks around the harbor, to the beach, pier, or downtown Oceanside where they have a fabulous market every Thursday night. With the windows open there is a wonderful cross breeze in the apartment but this does let in quite a bit of noise from the train and roads surrounding the building. The owner is in the process of updating this unit as it is in one of the original buildings in the area. We enjoyed our time here and would come back again.

Wonderful stay!

Communication with host, location, amenities, views - all five star! Like everyone who has stayed at this magnificent condo, we thoroughly enjoyed the fishing & other boats come in and leave the harbor, the surfers in the distance, the ocean breezes and most of all the gorgeous sunsets from the floor to ceiling wondows. Thank you, Chris, for an amazing month at your place and we hope to come back soon.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Chris was great to work with. The condo has everything you could need. You can't beat the view, absolutely stunning!! Loved watching the boats come in/out of the harbor and the beautiful lights at night. Even met some wonderful, welcoming residents.

Beautiful views, great location

Loved the views from the condo. The location at The Harbor Village couldn't be better. Just a tip...if the weather is too warm to close windows it can be pretty noisy at night.

Marina Towers Townsite Stay

Chris was great to work with. She was extremely responsive to all of our needs; both major or minor. She was on top of it and a very supportive and cooperative host. The views from this residence are amazing. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the Harbor and Ocean. Definitely nice to wake up to each and every day during our stay.

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS!

Chris is an absolutely amazing person who went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. Her Condo is simply immaculate! AMAZING VIEWS, beautiful decor, open kitchen, incredible location, bright and just everything you need. This was a DREAM STAY!!! DREAM CONDO!!! It is hard for us to leave!!! Great View!

The place is in a perfect location overlooking the harbor, walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the harbor and 5-10min drive to pier and Carlsbad village. The Apartment has floor to ceiling glass panel in front and a balcony, great kitchen and open floor layout. The owner stock the apartment with all the amenities and information for all the local activities. And she is already ready to respond to our inquiries. Our family had a great time there, truly felt like the home away from home!

Great condo

My wife and I stayed at this property for one month. It is a very nice condo and the accommodations are great. The view from the condo is fantastic of the Oceanside harbor. There are shops and restaurants all within distance. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Our winter get away

Since I retired I have spent January thru mid March for the past 3 years in this outstanding unit. My wife and I stay here and enjoy the fine restaurants with in walking distance at the Harbor and often walk down town to the shops and farmers market not to mention dinning at Hello Betty's and 333 Pacific Street both first class restaurant's. The condo offers not only an excellent view but our favorite pastime when not golfing or riding our bikes is watching the commercial fishing boats come in and I go down and talk to the fishermen to see what they have brought in. They bring in a lot of Lobster, Sheep head fish and prawns.. Chris the owner keeps the place in great condition, she is very pleasant to work with.

Wonderful Views

Our 2 1/2 month stay was absolutely wonderful! The views of the Oceanside Harbor and Pacific Ocean are spectacular from this unit. The unit is tastefully decorated and Marina Towers is well situated not only to San Diego but also to L.A. We enjoyed hiking in the nearby mountains, bicycling in San Diego, boating in Newport Beach, spending time exploring Laguana Beach, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Also spent four days golfing in the area. Chris, our host, was most gracious---we're already looking forward to our return and spending another long time gazing out the windows while sipping our morning coffee and toasting the marvelous sunsets!

Our Stay from Dec 9, 2010 to Jan 8, 2011

Things we enjoyed about this condo - spacious, well maintained, comfortable, very clean, secure building and parking, fantastic views, always lots happening in the marina including Christmas Parade of Lights by boaters, Sea Lion antics, surfers on the ocean, morning coffee and paper down on the dock, good restaurants. The description of this condo is very accurate, photos don't do it justice. Chris, our landlady, was most welcoming and helpful. We would highly recommend this property. Vacation at Marina Towers

George and Joan (Scottsdale, AZ) 8/19/10 - 9/9/10 We really enjoyed our stay in the condo at Marina Towers. The location was beautiful. Chris greeted us and gave us a tour of the condo and the complete complex. It was nice to see that there was ample parking space for guests. The condo itself has floor to ceiling windows giving us awesome views of the marina as well as southern views down the coast - a treat to sit on the balcony and take in the sights. The condo is well equiped and the beds very comfortable. The marina was fun to visit and walk, with its shops, excellent restaurants and boat rentals. We went kayaking and had a ball. Again, can't say enough about the views during the daytime and at night when the marina would be lit up with a myriad of colored lights. We are seriously considering returning next year, hopefully for a longer stay. Chris, thanks for your prompt attention to our inquiries and for the supply of oranges you left us. They were the juiciest we have ever eaten.. It was a pleasure meeting you. George

We spent 7 weeks here ove...

We spent 7 weeks here over the summer. We absolutely LOVED it. Chris was wonderful, she made everything easy, the condo was equipped for just about anything. We were within walking distance to many restraunts, there were happy hours everyday of the week. if you enjoy $1 tacos and $2 beers, it was a relaxing beach setting. The complex is older but well maintained and the people we came in contact with were pleasant. We felt it was most definitely a home away from home. It was hard to leave, but we plan to go back next summser! Don't let this one pass you by, it was one of our best vacations ever! Can't enough positive things about the whole deal, we loved it!!

The condo is like an eagl...

The condo is like an eagle's nest, perched above the harbor, where you can watch the boats, the people, the cars, and the ocean beyond. There are floor to ceiling windows across the living room and windows everywhere, to let in the light and the ocean breezes. The master bedroom is quiet (with a walk-in closet) and the bed is very comfortable. The second bedroom's Murphy bed was given A+ ratings by our guests and when we had no guests, we used the room as an office. The second bedroom closed off from the living room and there are two bathrooms, both with good showers. The pictures of the condo are exactly what drew me to the condo and they were accurate in what we found upon arrival. The condo has seen a lot of use and isn't interior-decorator-perfect, but neither is our home. Christine met us and showed us around, left a bag of fresh citrus fruit from orchards near her home, and she was prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The entire condo complex is beautifully tended, the garages are secure, there is parking for guests right at the condo, and it is within walking distance of shops, cafes, and boat rentals. What a dream vacation! We are looking forward to a return stay. Kirk and Susan

Hi! This is a family owned unit. We purchased this to live in and enjoyed many years here as Marina Towers full time residents. We are local North San Diego residents and can recommend good spots to visit. The full time residents in the complex are VERY nice and accommodating. The complex is in an Excellent area as a vacation spot and close to the freeway to get out and see the sights of San Diego and Orange County.

Oceanside California..(North San Diego County)........ at the Marina.... What a beautiful Spot. VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS... From this condo's living room you have a beautiful view of the Oceanside Marina. Watch the fishing boats go out to sea in the morning. Walk to the village shops and on to the beach for a morning walk. This unit is close to everything!! The complex itself has a pool, spa and gym!! Breathtaking sunsets on the balcony!! Use this as a base to visit all of San Diego or about an hour + drive to Disneyland.

The unit has a recently remodeled Kitchen and Bathrooms and newly redecorated and has the "ocean vacation home" feel. Plush comfy bedding on the King and Queen beds. .Unit includes Flat screen TV's, DVD player, I POD doc, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer, Coffee maker (of course), Microwave and Blender. Complex includes Pool, Spa, BBQ area with lounge chairs, large Laundry room, and Gym area with Sauna! Unit has recently been updated with newly remodeled Kitchen and Bathrooms.
