About the host
Hosted by Mary

I am highly goal oriented, determined and never let anything keep me from making my dreams come true. I am married to my true soul mate and have a wonderful 21 year old son. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. I love crafting, DIY, learning new things, outdoor adventure, fishing, flowers, gardening and so much more.
I have studied interior design, professional organization, wedding and event planning, floral design, drafting and design and business. I am a retired pipeline designer of about 20 years, where I worked in West Monroe, LA and Houston, TX.
I grew up in a very rural town called Start, LA, where I attended school with Tim McGraw. I lived on a farm and helped raise rabbits, chickens, pigs, horses, cows, ducks, geese, quails, dogs and cats (and the occasional turtle and tadpoles I would catch in the ditch). I was quite the tom-boy growing up.
My husband and I are starting a new chapter in our lives and have recently moved to Alaska. It was a journey just getting here, but so far we love it and have no plans of leaving.
