This beautiful ocean-view Kapalua Bay Villa is tastefully updated with custom cabinetry and granite counters throughout! Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Fabulous ocean views from the upstairs master suite and main living area downstairs. This spacious ground-floor condominium is steps away from the beach at Oneloa Bay and an easy 3-5-minute walk to Kapalua Bay. Wireless high-speed internet, HD TVs. Central AC.
Kapalua Bay Villa 38G3 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, which provides complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
