The apartment is blocks from the Boston Convention Center, Less than a mile to the Seaport, Blocks from Broadway Station and less than a mile to South Station. Unit was very clean and Tom made everything easy for our Boston Marathon stay! Communication was prompt, location was great and easy to catch public transit for trips around town. Thanks for hosting and looking forward to visiting again!

Spacious, clean, and functional

This property was just as good as the listing suggests: it’s located close to restaurants and a T stop on a quiet street, there’s ample room for two adults and two kids, the furnishings are comfortable, and the place was spotless (even the basement laundry area!).

Perfect Stay

The house was so clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's bright and cheerful. The mattress is comfortable. It was close to shopping, dining and coffee shops. It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to many attractions. I appreciate the amenities, such as coffee and bathroom supplies. I'd definitely stay here again.sucas cas coffee and bathroom supplies.

Great location and place

Clean authentic stay

The property was exactly as listed and well laid out. Comfortable, has everything needed, well maintained place and furnishings. Walkable to nice coffee and many other places. Cool firestation nearby, nice outdoor space in back.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed in this lovely 1st floor apartment for 5 days. We were able to do a Wal-Mart delivery order right to the door, which was very convenient. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance and a parking lot just up the street if you have a vehicle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay

This was a pleasant surprise. The home was clean and comfortable. Great location. The ease of checking in was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend.

Good spot

My business partner and I stayed here while we were at a conference nearby- the location is convenient to shops and restaurants on Broadway as well as to the convention center. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and laundry basement were all well stocked and clean. We appreciated the tea and coffee available at the house, as well as many clean towels. The lock on the front door was hard to use and it would be nice to have a key code to reduce issues when traveling with more than one person. Bring earplugs as it near a fire station and the house has normal city noise levels.

Great location, great property … noisy neighbors overnight hours

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood, comfortable and clean. Young adults above will disturb peace and quiet throughout the overnight hours. Very communicative host, only ding on the visit were the neighbors above

Girls Weekend

This apartment was perfect for 4 adults. It was clean and comfortable. The host thoughtfully provided 4 different colors of towels so we each had our own set to keep track of. It was convenient to walk to several restaurants, just a touch too far for our aging mother to walk to the subway or seaside activities but we used Uber which was very affordable and quick. The building backs up to a basketball court and park which was nice but it is right on the street so people were loud walking home from the bars at night. Overall, it was a little pricey but on budget for Boston as everything was more than we were used to spending. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to stay

It was a 12 min walk to the “T” subway and from there we went everywhere. Great local eatery’s and we tried most of them!

People that live above were very loud at night. Awakened by their noise at 1:00 AM on 9-20 2:00AM on 9-21. Very frustrating! Place was very nice, clean

Freedom Trails

What a wonderful stay. Very cozy and comfy. Absolutely perfect host. Very friendly and responsive. We were able to pick up the Trolley about 10 minutes down the road and it was close to everything we needed. Thank you for having us!

Excellent Host

We have started in LOTS VBRO’s Tom by far was the best accommodating host!! We arrived early morning & Tom let us drop our bags so we did not have to haul them all day by foot around Boston. The place was clean and well stocked! We will stay again!
