The house was easy to get to and in great condition. Well stocked kitchen was great for our crew. Slept 8 adults in the 4 king size beds. Plenty of space and everyone had their own bathrooms. Communication was good and responsive. Would stay here again.

Very clean house. It had everything we needed in a great location. We could set on the porch and watch and listen to the sounds of the river going by. The owner was fantastic. We would stay again.

2340 Aspen Brook exceeded expectations. Proximity to the river meant for numerous walks each day to take in the sounds and sights. Tamara is a great host whom took our happiness seriously. There a numerous trails that don't require jumping in the car to get to, even accessing Rocky Mountain National Park by foot.Appliance are all up to date, the pantry was well stocked. We hope to visit again.

Our family of 10 absolutely loved this home!! There was an area for every family. The appliances were amazing, the home was immaculate, had an abundance of games, movies, outdoor activities, and so much more. Our host kept in touch with us before, during, and after our stay. We can't wait to go back!!!

What a wonderful home for a multi-generational family outing. We enjoyed the layout of the home offering areas for the family to spread out and allow the kids to take over the basement guestroom. Delightful location just minutes from town, the entrance to RMNP and the YMCA of the Rockies. We saw elk almost every day just 2 minutes down the road from the home. The river running through the community offer a wonderful backdrop and after visiting the local fly shop I was able to rig up the complimentary fly rod offered in the home and catch and release two trout. The home offers so much to borrow to enhance your trip; coolers, fishing rods, spotting scope (really wish I would have seen this before the last day, handy to bring into RMNP!), lounge chairs. A great home for a fun family getaway. Hosts were so amazing and quick with responses to all of our prearrival questions!

Estes Park retreat

The location of this house was perfect! It was close to town, Rocky Mountain Park, the River, & restaurants. The house was very comfortable and roomy and well stocked. We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren.

Perfect Family Getaway
