The house is clean and spacious. Cocktail hour was fun everyday out on the front yard patio which is private from the street. There is a view of the mountains when facing the front driveway side of the house. Beautiful view. Close to the downtown area. May take our family back in 2027.

Joel raises all fine points! GREAT location, close to town. Very clean and has EVERYthing you need - and more. I am sure he and his family enjoyed our generosity with an early check in accommodation, not to mention an abundant complimentary coffee pod supply, made some great meals in our fully supplied kitchen and pantry, enjoyed the fire pit and BBQ over a star filled night sky! But no, nothing fancy.... if you want fancy there are other options. I'm thinking if you need Fancy to get a five star review, you should be able to figure that out from the property descriptions and photos on line - and the price! Thanks Joel!

Perfect location for walking to shopping in uptown Sedona or to trailheads to hike in the Coconino National Forest. Comfortable home for the 3 couples. Good amount of supplies (laundry and dishwashing pods, coffee pods, and toiletries). Large, well stocked kitchen. Internet in the area is not great, be aware.

I come to Sedona very often for work. I'm an event planner based in the Phoenix area. I have stayed in a lot of homes when traveling for work and many of them are so generic looking and lack that "home" feeling. That was certainly not the case here! This home had warm wood floors, a quirky fun layout, vintage furniture, a vintage style sink and fridge. It felt like I was visiting a family members home! It just had such good energy. I want to stay here again each time I come to Sedona! The location is also PERFECT! Loved how many of the bedrooms had balcony access.You can tell the owners put a lot of heart into this home. 10/10!
