Can't beat the price
This is a nice unit in a quiet building. For the price per night and the size and condition of the unit, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better value. The view is beautiful; the beach was never busy (end of December, beginning of January). This unit was spacious enough for five adults and four teens to comfortably spread out--and to escape one another, when necessary. The kitchen was adequately outfitted. The bathrooms were large. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Orange Beach is close if you want the buzz of more people, but we prefer the quiet of Perdido Key. This was our second trip to the area, and it won't be our last. I anticipate renting this unit again down the road.

the shower needs a real cleaning. tje bathroom faucets leak when turned on full the garbage disposal does not work. the paint is scuffed aroune entrance door door to beach balcony vwer hard to open,the tv shoul be set up to work off one remote instead of 3,vifi in and out depending where you were at in the unit, cookware and utensils need to be upgraded due to damage and missing., more lids than pots and pans,

The Condo was very nice, could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was good. One of the only problems we had was with the parking pass… We placed the parking pass in our vehicle and got a yellow warning ticket on our car stating that we did not have the dates of our trip on the parking pass. There was no indication anywhere in our instructions or even on the parking pass that we had to place the dates of our stay on the past. We then put the unit dates on there got another warning ticket on our vehicle stating it was not visible when an actuality it was .

This was a great place to stay and overall I would go back- Kate the host was very attentive with any questions or concerns- the only cons I have to say were the new security was not very nice at times and the parking was just awful 1 small lot by the building and additional parking across the street but you had to walk completely out of the way for a crosswalk it was just inconvenient when coming and leaving for the stay

This property was everything that was promised. Nicely appointed. The beds were SUPER comfortable! Perfect size for our family! The amenities all worked wonderful. It was nice to have both a coffee maker and keurig. We spent hours around the dining room table playing games and working a large puzzle. We would love to return!!

Quick Family Trip
This was a perfect set up for our family. Everyone had their space and the common areas were perfect! The views from both balconies are amazing! Was a little chilly but still walked the beach. Only thing I would add is some update kitchen items are needed - no shot glass or bottle opener. Would also like to see more plastic cups for kids. Other than that it was awesome and will come back again!

Property was clean and comfortable, the balcony overlooked the water and the breeze was always blowing. The pools and hot tub were nice. The beach was any easy access and you can rent umbrella and beach chairs on site. We really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend for some one wanting to stay there.

The condo was great.. clean, comfortable and we had tons of room for our family. The pools were nice sizes and the beach was steps away. Location was peaceful, not crowded and restaurants were within walking and close driving distance. Only thing I would recommend for condo.. more bath towels and another set of kitchen dish towels. I thought the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable/ hard.. however, my husband felt it was fine. Would recommend this condo and would come back. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Perfect family vacation
Thanks to Kate & Tommy, we had the best beach vacation we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect from the condo, to the beach, to walking distance to restaurants that were amazing & delicious. Just simply a great week! The only issue we had were the elevators! Lines were very long checking in & out. We will definitely be back 😀

Pros: Unit is decently updated and decorated. Great balcony views of the beach and pools, we enjoyed this the most. Upon arrival unit was cleaner than most that we have occupied before. Souvenir shops and restaurants are very close, just a walk across the street. Beach access is also very close. Our kids enjoyed the pools. Cons: Only two elevators for a large building. We stayed for a week and there was always usually a wait. The same with parking, even with overflow parking across the street, there didn’t seem to be enough, which left you with anxiety if you left the property bc you would return with a possibility of no place to park. Especially at night after dinner. Overall our families really enjoyed the location and our time on the beach!

Absolutely gorgeous and family friendly
We stayed three nights and two days. Not once did we leave Perdido Key. There are shops , restaurants, and of course the beach right outside the door. Literally. Our condo had beautiful views of the beach and was the right size for 10 of us. This was our first trip to the beach as a family and I highly recommend for all ages!!

Condo was great in every way except there were at least 3 light bulbs out. We alerted Kate, who said Maintenance would come soon to replace them, but no one came during our stay. We'll definitely be back tho as everything else was perfect!

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy this unit because of the open floor plan and great location of the building. It is located just over the entrance into Perdido Key and has a great spot on the beach! The water is clear and simply beautiful yet the beach does not get too crowded. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are more well-known but Perdido Key is so close to both yet far enough away to separate itself from their crowds.

What makes this property unique


The floor plan is wide-open, bright and provides the perfect feel for a vacation. Two wrap around balconies ensure that you and your family are going to have plenty of room to view the sites and sounds of the Gulf (when you are not in it of course!). The dual master suite setup is perfect for all parties but especially when two families travel down together. The children can have a room with two full beds and the pullout couch all to themselves while the adults each get their own master suite! The views are jaw-dropping, the unit is beyond anything else in this building, we provide the best service we possibly can and we offer this all at a very reasonable rate. There is no reason for you to suffer through a bad vacation, book our slice of paradise and guarantee yourself fun, sun and relaxation!
