Stunning place to stay

We stayed here as part of our “family-moon”. It looked like it would be an amazing place and it absolutely delivered for us. The accommodation was superb as were facilities. In terms of location it is everything that you could hope for and more. We all loved our time here and didn’t really want to leave. We had an issue accessing the property on check in but we were able to sort it out and it didn’t detract from our stay in any way. The area is a great place to relax and recharge with plenty to do. We will be coming back to enjoy this stunning place again.

Amazing condo and location

The condo is just as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the pics. They had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable and convenient (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc).We loved the views and direct access to the beautiful beach. The pool is a nice touch for red flag days but we love the sea and sand the most. The walkability to local shops and restaurants/bars is also a major plus. It was an easy and scenic drive over to Clearwater for a sunset cruise, and another easy drive over to the Treasure Island area for the Sunday sunset beach party.The host was very responsive and proactively checked in with us about our stay.I highly recommend the property and hope it's available for our next visit to the area.

We had a lovely, lovely time! Gigi was super responsive, the beds were soooo comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. And best of all, the view and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We highly recommend!

Nice, clean rental property with a beautiful unobstructed beach view! Loved the private beach access and watching the sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We just love Indian Rocks Beach!

The location of this property is the best. You have the sunset and literally 50 steps to the gulf. The pool is always so clean and inviting. Love swimming at night when the lights are on too. Condo was great and very kitchen was equipped for cooking meals. Overall, great stay and we would love to come back!

Favorite New Staycation Spot

We've stayed in IRB a few times now, but this is by far the nicest place we've rented. We loved the place so much, that we really rarely left! The house has everything you need. Just show up and enjoy the amazing pool, beach, and sunsets. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, beach shops and CVS. We brought our 10 month old baby, and really appreciated the toys, books, and infant seat with tray for meals. We hope to come back again next year!

This place worked great for our family of 5. Short walk to the sand, pool is right there, food and shopping walkable nearby. Definitely a great place to stay.

The best location and view!

This is our 3rd year in a row going to IRB. We stayed in the same complex last year in a different unit. We returned because we love the quaintness of the area, the beautiful beaches and sunsets! This unit was perfect for our family of 5. It’s updated and has everything you need!

We have been vacationing in this unit for years! One of our favourite places! Everything you need. Beach and pool right there! Great restaurants within walking distance along with handy shopping and groceries short car ride. This truly feels like our home away from home! Love it! (Really nice owner too!)

Wonderful relaxing family vacation

Absolutely loved our stay. Proximity to beach can’t be beat. So easy to pop back and forth. Amazing to sit on the porch and watch the sunset. Best part is that 3 panel sliding door that opens so wide you feel like you’re still on the beach! Public beach access was down the beach, so not super busy in front of the condo. Beach was flat which made for nice long beach walks. Lovely bar with pool tables, games and trivia, a pizza place and bakery all within 5 min walk. Condo was so clean and spacious. Kitchen well appointed with great pots and pans. Beds were comfy. Gigi is wonderful and very quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back.

We love family time and a relaxed but tidy atmosphere. Paraiso is equipped with what we consider to be home away from home essentials. Clean new linens and towels, a fresh well equipped kitchen and a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!

You'll love the spiral staircase that leads from the balcony down to the pool and beach, so convenient! Don't feel like cooking? Paraiso is also in a prime location, just walk out of the front door and have a meal at some of the areas fun and yummy local restaurants.
