Literally 50 steps to the beach! Beautiful ground floor unit with view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy coffee, dinner or cocktails while you watch the sunset from our lanai!

Our beach-level condo is located in gorgeous Pointe Santo de Sanibel and just steps away from the beach, pool and hot tub! Our completely remodeled unit offers beautiful, incredibly comfortable neutral coastal decor.

Everything you need for a perfect vacation is included. This unit features a brand new, fully-equipped luxury kitchen in a contemporary open plan. It sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen and twin in the guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The large primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and flat screen television and includes a custom finished bathroom with fully-tiled walk-in shower. The guest room features one queen-size bed and one twin bed along with a flat screen television, and includes an ensuite bathroom with a tiled combination shower/tub. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped for people who like to cook with a large interior island for food preparation and dining.

Our first floor unit features a lanai that has direct views to the Gulf of Mexico and access to Pointe Santo's tropical landscaped grounds, large expansive beach area, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, gas grills, and many more amenities. With one of the best beaches on Sanibel, it is the ideal location to enjoy the Gulf and collect shells. It is close to several golf courses as well as fabulous restaurants, shops, boating, and fishing.

Sanibel Island is the ideal beach vacation spot! Twenty-eight miles of bicycle paths criss-cross the island and run right past the Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex. The famous Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is nearby. Pointe Santo is one of the premier properties on the island for shelling.

More Amenities:
Our condo includes three high definition flat-screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Pointe Santo complex is equipped with free WiFi and high speed internet available within our unit and throughout the grounds.

Our unit also includes everything you need for the beach or pool; including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon to transport your items to the beach.

**Landscape work, clubhouse and exterior construction to adjacent buildings ongoing through Spring 2025.

**This unit is a weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday only**

Nicely Decorated

The condo was so nicely decorated with very cool lighting throughout. It was so enjoyable after a day in the sun, to hang out in such a lovely place to rest, cook, etc. The location was amazing with just a few steps to the pool or the ocean. The communication was super from the owners and the overall experience was amazing. We will certainly book E2 again.

Great Experience

My family has been going down to Sanibel for many years and have always found the units at Pointe Santo to be a great value. Our recent stay at this unit was indeed a great experience. Just perfect!

This property was perfect! Short walk to the beach and pool, super convenient. My boys did crafts with Ms. Mandy at the clubhouse almost daily. The island itself was so nice with great restaurants. SCott and Angela, the owners, were so incredibly nice and checked in with us before and during the trip. They were very quick to respond to email and provided great tips to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was equipped with all the beach items you need for a nice stay - chairs, umbrella, toys, towels, etc. if we ever decide to go back to Sanibel, we will definitely stay here again :)

Great place on the beach

It was my first visit to Sanibel Island, so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, the place was perfect. It had everything we needed and was clean and modern. A few small issues were quickly addressed. The condo community was great. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. My 9 year old loved the craft sessions that were offered for a few dollars. We will definitely be back.

Great condo! Easy fun vacation

This condo is super well-equipped for a fun family week. We ate most of our dinners at home as well as breakfasts (took a break from the beach during the heat of the day to enjoy Doc Fords, Island Cow, Cips to name a few). They have all the beach equipment you need such as chairs, towels, toys, etc. The furnishings are great and they had a great attention to detail. We have stayed at Pointe Santo before but loved being on the bottom walk-out unit so our kids could easily pop back to the room for a snack or to grab another toy. Thanks for another wonderful family vacation in Sanibel.

Our stay at E2 was nearly perfect,

The unit was updated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals for our family of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. The unit had booster seat and pack n play and bed railing for our grandkids as well as beach toys. We loved the view from the lanai and the sound of the waves at night and enjoyed meeting the owner when he stopped by to check in on how everything was going. We have stayed in several units in Pointe Santo and believe this is our favorite so far!

Great location and lovely condo

We spent a relaxing week at this condo in Jan. The location was amazing, right on the most lovely beach (which you can see from the condo lanai). The condo is as it is shown, renovated, very nicely furnished, very clean, (amazing master bathroom!), very well equipped kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are on the other side of the condo which is perfect for two couples. The owners have thought of everything! Lots to do in the area and yet a perfect place to rest and relax if that is what you want to do! I would definitely come back and have already recommended it to friends.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Our family of four adults and infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We had seven beautiful sunny days to enjoy Saniblel/Captiva. Just steps to the beach and pool...fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was wonderful to have a pack and play, infant high chair, stroller, toys etc. Small details like the use/leave cabinet , i.e. salt, pepper, spices and extra paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, bug spray and miscellaneous items was great. The Sunday farmers market was amazing. We will definitely return to this unit and recommend to family/friends. Thank you Dave and Sandy.

Immaculate condo with all the extras, great location, you won't want to leave!

We chose this unit for a week-long stay in September and we weren't disappointed! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the owners have thought of everything. The updates are very nicely done, and I have a feeling I would be disappointed in other units after being spoiled by this one. The pool and hottub are just a short distance from the screened lanai. The year before we stayed a little ways down the road and had a lot of big black bugs in and around the condo, however we never saw any sign of them at all around this unit or Pointe Santo grounds. The location is very convenient (I love that you can see both the sunrises & sunsets at this complex). We will definitely stay here again!

amazing condo at a gorgeous facility

Our family of 5 throughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo in this well appointed and very comfortable condo. The unit was very well equipped-kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and appliances - 2 coffee machines, coffee grinder and blender to mention a few. The take-some/leave-some cabinet was awesome and a great idea. Many books and games available, beach chairs, etc. The owner, Dave, was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities were immaculate and everything was within a stones throw of the unit. Being on the first floor gave easy access to the beach and pool. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning some day!

Pointe Santo Unit E-2

Our family of 4 recently stayed in Pointe Santo Unit E-2. The owners have done an excellent job in making the condo a great place to stay. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen, linens, beack towels, chairs, etc. The decor is lovely and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well-kept. This may seem like a small point but we loved the convenience of the electronic door lock instead of keeping track of keys with our two teenagers. The location of the unit in the complex is great - very close to the beach and pool. It is hard to get a booking date for this unit because of its popularity so if you get a chance to book it... take it!!

steps to the beach and pool

Dealing with Sandy and Dave was a pleasure from booking to follow-up after our stay. Some of our favorite things about this booking, compared to others, were the "take some leave some" cupboard (seems small, but it is a really nice perk), all of the beach toys/chairs/towels, and the easy access to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the grills on property were great. We enjoyed the farmers market, shelling, and relaxing on the beach! When we exited the condo, we left a small note with a few items that were needed (light bulbs, batteries, etc.) and weeks after our stay, Dave made sure we knew he had taken care of the items we listed. It is obvious Dave and Sandy care about the condo and their reputation as owners. Well done.

Bayless Sanibel Retreat

Wow, what a great stay my family of four had! When we schedule our trips we rely heavily on reviews from other people who have stayed at the property we look into renting! The reviews were almost all 5 stars for this particular property which is why we booked without hesitation. Well, needless to say, the reviews didn't lie, this condo was perfect! Nicely decorated, clean, short walk to the beach, perfect location, it lacked NOTHING! No need to bring beach supplies, they had it all! Loved that Dave touched base with us upon our arrival to make sure we were all set and had everything we needed. We loved our time there and relaxed more than I have in a long time. The weather was perfect (a bit hot, but it is Florida and it was in June, so no surprise there). We shelled, floated around the ocean and had some great food at the local restaurant, never left the island for the week we stayed. We are already trying to pick a week to go back next year. Dave and Sandy, thank you for opening your condo up to our family! We hope to be back!

Perfect family vacation spot

We stayed for a week at Pointe Santo in E-2 and it was fabulous! The Pointe Santo complex is very well maintained and the maintenance/information office staff is very friendly and helpful. E-2 had the perfect ground floor location. It was steps to the pool and the beach - you could see both from the screened in patio. It was convenient to drop things off/pick things up from the patio when switching from beach to pool. The condo is nicely done - the crown molding and lighting give it an extra touch of elegance. Decor is beachy and the condo is very spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5! The condo is well equipped with everything you need from kitchen items to towels to beach toys/chairs/umbrella. I am picky when it comes to places to stay, and this was perfect for us! Dave was very responsive and helpful. We stayed on Sanibel/Captiva with no schedule for the week, and it was very relaxing. Luxury, Location, and Comfort is spot on! I would definitely recommend this condo!!

Wonderful beachside condo

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. First, the condo is super comfortable and stocked with just about everything one would need (and then some). The beds are comfortable, nice beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are provided, and there are just so many little extras that most other condos don’t provide. For example, not only was there a Keurig, but plenty of pods were provided. Also, the washer and dryer in the unit were clean and well maintained, and Tide pods and dryer sheets were provided! Dave and Sandy really go above and beyond to make sure their condo is perfect. Second, the condo is in a great location right next to Tarpon Beach. Also, it is less than a mile to Bailey’s store, Doc Ford’s, Timber’s and many other restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located mid-island for those that want to take in everything from the lighthouse to Blind Pass. The condo itself is on the ground floor, which is super convenient for loading, unloading, and those guests with small children or mobility issues. And, just like the condo listing says, it is literally steps to the beach.

Can't say enough good things...

This property was so amazing and my family had a wonderful time. Dave and Sandy have done such an incredible job with this condo, I think we are now too spoiled to go anywhere else. First of all, it's about 23 steps to the beach, depending on your stride, with a great view of the beach. About the same to the pool. The condo was immaculately clean and has been so nicely updated, the kitchen and master bath are honestly nicer than mine at home! The beds were sooo comfy and literally anything you could need is right there in the condo already. You could show up with just the clothes on your back (and a swimsuit) and survive for a week! They've truly thought of everything. Dave called shortly after we arrived and made sure we knew where everything was and how to get in touch with the property manager if we needed to (we didn't). They also leave a lovely binder with instructions for pretty much everything in the condo. Pointe Santo is in a great location. The beach there is gorgeous and it's a short bike up to Bailey's and pretty much anything on Periwinkle. The complex is very nicely maintained and family friendly. It's not the Ritz, but there were groundskeepers and maintenance people out and about working all week. They really keep on top of the property and work to keep it looking nice. Every staff person we encountered, including the night security guard, was extremely friendly. The clubhouse has craft activities for the younger kids every day and a movie night once a week. (My kids are older so we didn't take advantage of that.) The clubhouse also sells ice cream sandwiches and smoothies during the day and is a nice place to stop in and cool off for a few minutes. The pool isn't huge, but none on Sanibel really are unless you go to a huge complex which was not the vibe we were looking for. It never got overly crowded and we were able to get a chair any time we wanted one. Maybe in high season it might be tougher? But they also provide beach chairs at the edge of the beach, so that's always an option too. Dave & Sandy provide a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys a beach cart and anything else you need to spend the day on the beach! My kids loved watching the turtles in the lagoon and gave them all names. We were there during sea turtle watch so it was fun to walk the beach every morning and see if any nests had hatched. Baby turtle tracks are insanely cute! We really just had the best time and can't wait to visit E2 again in the future!

Very nice unit!

We loved everything about our stay at Pointe Santo! Scott and Angela were very responsive and courteous and the unit was wonderful! It was beautifully updated, clean, fully equipped with quality kitchen items and the close proximity (steps away) to both the beach and pool was perfect. We had everything we needed during our stay here and I would definitely go back/recommend this condo!

Great Getaway

We had a great week in Sanibel in E2! The property manager and Dave were so responsive and helpful. The condo was perfect for our family of five - the staff and other residents/guests at Pointe Santo were respectful with masks, distancing, cleanliness, etc.

Great Stay in E2 at Pointe Santo!

The condo was beautiful and clean and only a 30 second walk to the beach from this ground floor space. The condo was also within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We’ve never stayed in a property so thoughtfully supplied and prepped for visitors. The tennis courts, heated pool, and shuffleboard courts were also great amenities. Our family would love to vacation at this condo again and appreciated the attentiveness and kindness of the owners.
