Entrare in questo bellissimo capolavoro si verificano cascate e anticipare il punto di vista che solo una villa di questa classe può portare. Dal momento in cui varcate la porta d'ingresso si sono presi via dalla vista più mozzafiato che abbia mai visto!

Questa è la villa perfetta per intrattenere! Ha privacy e la vista migliore si possono trovare in Cabo. Villa Buena Vida è stato il # 1 villa in affitto a Cabo / Pedregal per gli ultimi 10 anni, perché ha una vista ineguagliabile, è splendidamente in stile, il personale è eccezionale, e il prezzo è ragionevole.

La piscina riscaldata recentemente ampliato con vasca idromassaggio ha un bordo a sfioro in modo da non sapere dove finisce la piscina e dove inizia l'oceano. E 'spettacolare! Ci si può sedere su uno dei tre sgabelli da bar a bordo della piscina guarda direttamente verso il basso le onde che si infrangono e sull'Oceano Pacifico. La decisione più difficile può essere annullando i vostri piani per andare in città perché si sta divertendo troppo alla villa. Amazing property

The villa made all the difference on our golf trip to Cabo. It's an amazing house with amazing views. We came back from golf and spent the afternoon in the pool watching whales win by. The staff is great and they kept us well fed and well hydrated.

Incredible!

We just left Villa Buena Vida after an amazing long weekend with friends. The views from the property are breathtaking and the overall house is stunning. The staff (Diego, Benny, Hugo and all the others) are literally THE BEST. We felt at home the minute we walked in and everything we ever needed (often before we even knew we needed it!) was taken care of. We absolutely will be back!

Cabo Reunion ‘25

This place was incredible. We did a friends reunion and had 9 couples stay for 5 nights. The villa had amazing views, was super clean, and had plenty of room for us. Would definitely return. Owner was great to communicate with and then Hugo, Diego, Beny and the rest of the house staff took over and were awesome. Delicious food and fun, friendly, top notch service throughout our stay. I can’t imagine there is a better staff out there! Thank you all for a memorable trip.

Incredible 50th Birthday Celebration

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday with a group of friends. There were 17 total adults. The house was incredible, staff was incredible and the views went on for days. Chef Benny, Diego and Hugo all made sure our time was special and that every need was met. We will be back.

Absolutely Amazing!

Amazing property and amazing staff with amazing views! Diego, Beny, and Hugo were great hosts and the housekeeping staff was amazing! We had a group of 17 ranging in age from 19 to 59 for a 50th birthday celebration and a great time was had by all! The staff definitely makes the trip enjoyable as they’ve been doing this for quite some time and pretty much know everything that you need and anticipate everything! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about going.

We were spoiled!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful villa! The staff anticipated our every need making it a completely relaxing and enjoyable time! The entire team was super friendly and went above and beyond from filling our snack requests ahead of time, to making fabulous drinks and meals. They were helpful in arranging transports for excursions and reservations at restaurants. They also did multiple store runs for us anytime we got low on things like water or fruit. Thank you Beny, Diego, Hugo, and the rest of the staff!

The views are amazing. We never had an empty glass or tummy. The food was delicious, and the house was immaculately cleaned daily. It was a trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend.

Birthday Party to Remember

This has got to be the best property in the area - Almost all the rooms have great views with private patios. The main floor has an awesome pool with incredible views with perfect privacy. And the staff was fantastic! Five star meals, great drinks & never empty margaritas served with big smiles. The staff arranged daily transportation to and from golf courses & restaurants, which was always on time, safe, reliable, and quick! We'll definitely be back!

Stellar property!

Celebrating our 50th anniversary we took 15 family members for a 6 day stay. A spectacular time was had by all. As with all the other reviews the staff was incredible….Hugo, Diego and Benny made sure all our requests and needs were met. The property itself was amazing with everyone having their own space and the views were breathtaking! Jamie, the owner, was very easy to reach if needed, but Hugo was our go to. The food and prep, the never ending drinks and the maid service…simply the best. Look no further for a large place to call home for the length of your stay!

Birthday celebration week with family

22 of us - 11 adults and 11 kids (ranging from 2-16) stayed at Villa Buena Vida for 6 days to celebrate multiple Birthdays that week. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end. The house is beautiful, and the location is gorgeous, but what made the experience so memorable was the staff! They became like family as well and took such good care of us! Hugo, Diego, Benny, and the rest of the staff made sure that everything was perfect, that all of the "littles" were safe, and that all of the adults were enjoying themselves. It was a great week and we appreciate being so well taken care of.

Paradise

Our entire group of friends and family just had the perfect vacation at Villa Buena Vida. We thought it couldn’t get better than the views but we were wrong. The staff is what makes this villa exquisite! Everything we needed was there before we thought to ask. As plans changed, the staff seamlessly adjusted and ensured we all had the best time. Diego, Benni, Hugo and the rest will be missed by us all as we return to reality. Thank you!! (Be sure to ask Chef Benni for his salsa recipe video.)

Friends' Vacation

My group of 8 couples enjoyed a 4 day break at Villa Buena Vida in mid-September. The team were incredible - directly through their own service and indirectly through smart recommendations - and made the whole experience top notch. Chef Beny will make sure you're well fed with both American and Mexican fare while Diego is constantly serving with a smile and always keen to help out. The house itself was perfect. I'm not sure the location can be beat, the views dont stop, and the house both accompdates gathering and comfortable retreats to get some peace and relaxation if you need it. I dont typically write reviews, but having relied on those for this property, I thought I'd add my own confirmatory evidemce. Dont hesitate to book thia one.

A 50th Birthday to Remember

Wow, wow, wow. From the moment we arrived, to the last bag packed when we left, this experience was unlike any other we’d had. The villa was absolutely stunning. The house was exactly as advertised, with beautiful bedrooms and comfortable bedding. The staff!!! Everyone who takes care of this house is incredible. Hugo, Diego, Beny and the cleaning staff truly MADE this trip. I don’t think Diego ever let any of our guests have any empty glass and we were always full on Beny’s delicious dishes. We enjoyed a massage one day and drip therapy on another. Hugo coordinated all of this for us and made sure we always were very well taken care of. We truly celebrated my husband’s 50th the best way possible. We were a party of 18(9 couples) and there was still room for more. We DO plan to go back again! ;)

Most amazing trip of my life

Villa Buena Vida means the good life and everything about this amazing villa exemplifies just that. My wife and I had our wedding here, fortunallty we found enough friends stay in the villa for the six nights, which made it just as affordable as a hotel option. We had 18 people total and never felt cramped once. The home itself is absolutely amazing. Between the comfortable beds and stylish decor and breathtaking views from every room in the home you can't go wrong. The home exceeded every guests expectations from the photos.The staff was so so accommodating. We would give the chef money for food and just let him go with it. He would created amazing meals daily, with not one complaint. Every moment In the villa we felt like kings, literally living the high life. I recommend this villa for retreats, weddings, large & multiple families. you are much closer than town than you think, so don't be worried about feeling to far from the party, just far enough, I thought. Also, don't forget to tip the staff, they are just as integral to the experience than the villa itself.

Spectacular stay!

Everything the listing says is truth! Our family (at the peak we had 18 guests using all 10 bedrooms, including the separate casita) had an unbelievable time. We got married while in Cabo and the home was the perfect gathering place for our friends and family (ranging from 13 to 82). Everyone had just enough personal space and room to gather. We lived for hours in the pool and hot tub - the outdoor/indoor living space was incredible. The meals were perfect and it felt like such a treat every day to have a hot breakfast made for our family! The staff was unbelievable - they were the perfect blend of being of available and giving us privacy. Diego is a gem - we never wanted for anything! I can't say enough great things about the entire team. If you are physically active - you can get in some good walks. Several of us walked to the beach and back for exercise every day, and others walked into town every day. It IS hilly but absolutely doable. Hugo also was incredibly helpful with transportation and making sure we had pick ups/drop offs when we needed them. We did have 3 older family members with us (~80) - and the stairs and most of the showers/tubs were hard for them to maneuver (but I am sure that is true of every house in Pedregal). That was probably the one downside but we knew that going into the trip. The staff were as helpful as they could be (incredibly accommodating) but it's something to think about if you have folks who are not very active. Overall, I can't wait to come back!

I originally rented this villa because I wanted to reward my top salespeople in my company. I wanted the best oceanfront villa that was perfect for entertaining. Villa Buena Vida far exceeded my expectations. I was determined to contact the owner and make an offer. I was in negotiation within 30 days after the trip and closed within 3 months! I fell in love with the villa from the moment I walked in and still love seeing and hearing reactions from renters staying there!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Villa Buena Vida is a unique property in that it was built higher and farther out than the maximum limits of Pedregal HOA. But because it was the first house built (in 2002) on the street there was no resistance to maximizing the size of the house and views. So the benefit is a structure that has better views than the rest of the surrounding villas while maintaining privacy. You have the best views of the ocean, the shoreline down to the Arc, the 5 star resort Waldorf Astoria below as well as the other surrounding villas. It's the best view in Pedregal!
