Perfect two bedroom condo for your family or friends. The condo has a beautiful patio with a view of the ocean. Great way to start your day with morning coffee and the sunrise. Perfect way to finish your evening with an ice-cold cocktail and ocean breeze views.
Condo is located in The Mustang Island Beach Club. The Mustang Island Beach Club is a small complex with 32units. There is a community pool, hot tub, barbecue areas and gaming room. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and 1 minute drive with a private access on a private boardwalk.
The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. First bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Second room has queen-sized bed and TV. Living room has a pull-out sleeping sofa. The kitchen has full appliances. You will find everything you need, even a shrimp boiling pot! If you don’t want to cook, there are great restaurants within 10 -15 minutes driving distance. Come and relax!

This was our first time staying here. It was an easy check in and check out. Rooms were clean and kitchen was stocked with basic necessities. Close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly and Beautiful views from deck.

And large decks are perfect for dogs to dry off on after a rinse from salt and sand at the beach. The breezes there were lovely and views were nice. Everyone in the complex was friendly and helpful. The house was comfortable and pleasant.

Perfect for a family of 4

This place has everything you need for a weekend at the beach! The patio was great for morning sunrise and coffee. Even my teenager enjoyed himself for a bit on the boogie boards.

Great Experience with Host and Property

We stayed to celebrate my twins birthday. We had a great time. The host was spectacular with any request as she responded very quickly. The condo was clean and had everything listed on the website. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo.

It was exactly what we needed to celebrate a couple of birthdays with the family. The condo was so nice. It allowed for the family to be in different areas to hang out but not too separated from each other. We’ll definitely be going back.

Clean, Comfortable, and Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with an open floor plan. Beds were comfortable with good quality and clean linens. The patio was fabulous, large and completely enclosed which was great for our dogs. There is a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Beach access was perfect- a quick drive or short walk. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Port A. Check-in was easy and organized. Thank you!

The windows blow

Would have been a perfect stay if it wasn’t for the bedroom windows. Locking mechanisms and windows themselves don’t fully close/lock. Looks like the sea salt has taken a toll of them. Winds were howling through them during the tropical storm and made the bedrooms very humid with condensation forming around the vents. Otherwise great place near the beach!

Family Beach Trip

This property was beautiful, spotless, had any kitchen utensils and appliance you might need, had all the towels (bath and beach) and linens we needed, there's plenty of parking if you have 2 vehicles, and the balconies are huge. Getting to the beach was fairly easy via a short private drive to a small parking area and boardwalk, and beach access roads were located within a few miles of the property if you prefer to have your vehicle on the beach. There's also an outdoor shower available for rinsing off after the beach. The pool and hot tub area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a restroom. However, my only tiny complaints about the complex are with the pool area; there's only one small area with shade with a single picnic table under it, and the pool is difficult for a person with mobility issues to get into as there are no railings on the stairs. I would definitely consider this property again for our next beach trip.

overall good, but could be better

First off overall the property was nice. However it could use some improvements. We had a party of 6 and there was hardly any towels and not enough linens for all the beds. They did deliver some the next day. The washer was broke which wasn't that big of a deal, but a repair person was supposed to come fix it and the host did not communicate well regarding when or if he had come and what the status was of the repair. It never was fixed. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV.

Very clean, nice porch

The property was clean. Beds comfortable. Deck was enjoyable. Needs a little updating. Disappointed there was no beach view. Over all a good place.

October getaway on Mustang Island

Great view of wonderful sunrises, clean and well appointed inside. Property as a whole was built in the 80’s and is showing wear. Overall a great place to stay!

We had 60+ travel from Oklahoma to stay for a friends beach wedding. I choose this beach house because it had its own board walk to the beach . It was a nice place to stay and had plenty of room for my family.

One of the Best

While we had some issues getting in, the communication was immediate and helpful. The condo is bigger than I expected and had everything we needed for a long stay. The beach had awesome private access to a secluded part of the island.

Great family location!

We could not have asked for a better rental! The kitchen was stocked with all essentials including spices. It was great that there was a beach wagon and beach chairs since we came in from Colorado! Nadiya provided prompt communication and was very helpful along the way. We plan to stay again!

Birthday beach trip

Birthday beach trip we had a good time. Only thing I was not happy about it was it said there was an ocean view and even though it was within walking distance there was no view. I feel like we paid the Oceanview price. I did like that it was pet friendly. Probably my favorite part was the large outside deck. Beds Were very comfortable and overall everything went real great. Thank you

Very clean awesome place for our mini vacation we had a great time

The location of this rental was a short walk to the beach. Loved the rental unit awesome pool and a great balcony to enjoy our nights.
