Captiva Beach Villa Conch - Bay to Beach Luxury

Situato su uno stretto tratto di Captiva Island con accesso da golfo a baia, è sufficiente attraversare la strada a due corsie (30 piedi) per raggiungere la spiaggia. Le viste del tramonto ti toglieranno il fiato in questo complesso fronte del Golfo ristrutturato professionalmente. Il lusso ti aspetta con 2320 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. Le dotazioni includono cinque televisori a schermo piatto, cinque lettori DVD, Wi-Fi, docking station per iPod e una lavatrice / asciugatrice. Tre delle quattro camere da letto dispongono di una veranda schermata con vista meravigliosa e ognuna riflette un arredamento rilassante sulla spiaggia. Il livello principale è completo di una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, entrambi condividendo una veranda protetta. Un divano letto si trova nella tana. Le due camere da letto al piano superiore offrono un letto king size con una splendida vista sul golfo e una seconda camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo extra lungo e un portico piastrellato schermato. Affittiamo da sabato a sabato e la capienza massima è di 10 persone. Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi animali.

Posizione: La nostra villa sulla spiaggia si trova su una striscia molto popolare di Captiva, ed è una proprietà unica sul lungomare in un complesso molto piccolo dove vicino alla tua porta d'ingresso c'è la spiaggia e vicino alla porta sul retro c'è la baia. Il cortile offre privacy con un cortile pieno di alberi lussureggianti, fiori e cespugli che circondano l'area della piscina. Sei a pochi passi dalla maggior parte delle possibilità di ristoro e shopping sull'isola, dalla villa. Il Captiva Beach Villas è un complesso di quattro unità dotato di piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, area barbecue e dock per barche.

Great place, great location

The communication was great. This property is just across the street from the beach and close to some great restaurants. Very nice home. It was a little dirty, but I know the team only has a tight window to get ready for the next guest.

Beachfront Paradise!

Who could ask for more? A georgeous Villa steps away from your own private spot on the beach and a short walk to the bay! We loved shelling and the beautiful sunsets. The kids used the pool everyday and we enjoyed boating, fishing, parasailing, & visiting the local sites. This is the most relaxing beach vacation I have ever taken and I would love to visit Captiva again! Every need was met and the owners provided first class service. I will definitely recommend this Villa to all my family and friends. The Davis Family from Missouri

Perfect location

Bedrooms were good sized, screened in porch was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made great use of the provided wagon, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Location is on a nice, quiet section of beach that was absolute heaven! During our stay, we saw manatees, dolphins, and rays without having to leave our beach! The only thing I would say is that while advertised as a 4bedroom/4 bathroom property, it is 4 bedroom/ 3 bathrooms. That is honestly the only thing that would have made our stay better. A minor inconvenience, and not enough to rate this property less than 5 stars!

After the Storm at Captiva

The property needed much more renovation prior to anyone trying to enjoy a peaceful week at the beach. The owners should have skipped a couple of weeks of rent and repaired things and landscaped before letting guest get in the middle of all the repairs ect. . Every morning 5 or 6 landscapers / lawn men would show up running blowers , edgers, posthole diggers . NOT PEACEFUL AT ALL . PAID TOP DOLLAR TO WATCH WORKERS , COULD HAVE STAYED AT GOT MOR ENJOYMENT !

Best vacation spot ever!

Can’t say enough great things about this property! The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. This was our first vacation as an extended family, with 5 adults and 4 children. The Conch villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. 2 living areas, ample space for us all. Out the front door and across the road is the beach and in the back is the pool. So many beautiful sunsets and dolphin Sitings. The villa is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Kingfisher is top notch with their customer service from beginning to end. We had one small issue with A/C and someone from their team came within an hour to fix. I highly recommend Kingfisher and this property!

Villa Conch is a great vacation house for a group of family or friends.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Captiva while staying at the Captiva Beach Villa Conch. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook meals for our whole group (a large fry pan would be a good addition) and the dining room seated 6 to 8 adults comfortably. Three of the four bedrooms had access to screen porches overlooking the beautiful pool and garden area. It was a quiet place to sit in the morning and at night. The property includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for the beach which is directly across the street. The house is in a great location. It is a short walk into the village of Captiva to restaurants, shops and marinas, but you could also enjoy a relaxing day just going to the beach and the pool. We watched the sunset on the front deck, and we walked to the dock out back to see the sunrise. Our only complaint was the lack of private bathrooms. Bathrooms were shared between two bedrooms on each floor. Overall we had a wonderful week and we would happily go back again.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful week at Conch in Captiva. The weather was 85 and sunny everyday. It was a perfect spot. The beach, which was empty except for us, was across the street. An easy cross with 2 yr olds. The pool, which was a communal pool, was behind the house. We were the only ones who ever swam in it. The little kids love the hot tub without the jets on. They thought it was their pool. You can walk to all of the restaurants. There were plenty of porches on the house where you could go for quiet time. You can see dolphins and manatees swimming in the gulf from the porch. The rooms were good size. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. There is a small elevator in the house which we didn’t realize. Grandpa took it a couple of times but got stuck in it so he didn’t take it again. A great amenity if it’s reliable. The living space starts on the second floor. Overall we could not have been happier with Conch.

Great place for a family.

We had a fabulous time at this property. There were plenty of beach towels, regular towels, lots of kitchen utensils, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all out, and great access to the beach. The kids had a great time at the pool also. Be sure to bring more laundry and dishwasher detergents, and more garbage bags. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us.

Great week of Relaxation in the Midst of Covid

Amazing property

We loved this property. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The pool was never busy and felt like a private pool. We didn’t venture out to eat due to Covid but we’re able to cook in with the fully stocked kitchen. Love the amount of living space our group didn’t feel like we were all forced to sit on one sofa together. Would recommend this property to any friends or family looking to stay on Captiva!

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing...

I would highly recommend "The Conch" to anyone looking for a fun family vacation. The unit is large, comfortable, and has all the conveniences. The closeness to the beach was my favorite part. Each day, I'd take a short walk across the street to have my morning coffee while watching the waves crashing in, and again in the evening, to watch yet another magnificent sunset. Another great feature of the property is the heated pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush green palms and other vegetation. I will definitely rent this property again in the future!

Utah visitors

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Being right across the road from a very private beach, was wonderful. As there are no parking spots in the immediate vicinity, you almost have the beach to yourself. We had some rainy weather, but this home was so nice, that being stuck inside for a day was a pleasure. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. We loved the Mucky Duck, Doc Ford's and the Green Flash. Just an fyi…if you arrive after dark, it's a bit difficult to find…after that first time though, no problems. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have the ocean "right there" and be in a beautiful home. P.S. LOVED the towels!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely Captivated!!

Our family (including three teens) spent a week in this beautiful beachside villa. We were thrilled with the luxurious accommodations. The villa has a charming beach retreat decor and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing oceanside holiday. The beach was breathtakingly beautiful and just a few steps away from the villa. Captiva Island is the perfect vacation spot- and offers something for everyone in the family. We discovered quaint antique shops, outstanding restaurants and exciting water sports- including boat and jet ski rentals. We are still dreaming of dolphins swimming by at sunset! This is truly a magical place! I can't wait to plan my next trip to Captiva and the Conch Villa!!

Great stay at the Villa Conch

I knew this vacation would be wonderful... first time to Florida so I new it would be beautiful... when I arrived had no idea how BEAUTIFUL the scenery would actually be in person ... it was way beyond my expectations... the villa itself was very beautiful an cozy... all we needed was to bring food... everything we did was n walking distance.. very gorgiou scenery as we walked around... the restaurants were very tasty...I tried food I never thought I would..loved the Mucky Duck.... the local people were so nice...the access of the private beach was amazing... just steps away.... also walked back to the dock an did a little fishing... caught beautiful fish an even hammerhead sharks... the amazing shelling the beach offers is indescribable... had so much fun finding shells... the villa an scenery as a hole was breathtaking.... very blessed to have this wonderful experience in Captiva...

Captiva Sunsets

This was our second stay at Villa Conch. There are so many reasons we love it. It is lovely, spacious, wonderfully appointed and ideally located between gulf and bay and walking distance to "downtown Captiva". We loved the new beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas this year! We also especially like the screened porches, the ocean view, the beautiful landscaping and almost private pool. It was large enough for all of us, ages 10 months to 66years, and everyone was comfortable. We appreciated the conveniences of a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and the outdoor grill. We did think the spa was too hot however, especially since we had small children with us. There are many places to stay on Sanibel and Captiva, but we have all fallen in love with Villa Conch and look forward to returning.

Outstanding villa!

Just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Captiva Villa Conch! Absolutely as advertised. From the minute we stepped in the door, we were thrilled! Beautifully decorated with greens and blues... very tropical! The gulf view is as far as you can see from left to right... and the pool and hot tub are like new, with lush vegetation surrounding the area. Can't say enough wonderful things about the Conch, and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation on the beautiful island of Captiva! Will stay here again.
