"Belle Epoque" Villa with pool, sea view and top-of-the-range services
This classically styled “Belle Époque” villa has an unmistakable elegance. Each floor offers spectacular sea views. Freshly renovated with quality materials and an undeniable sense of aesthetics, it preserves the charm of yesteryear while incorporating top-of-the-range amenities for modern comfort.
Ideally located on the heights of Saint-Raphaël, it offers a breathtaking 180° view of the sea and surrounding mountains, just a short stroll from the town center and beaches. The old town, covered market, stores, bars and restaurants are all just 700 meters away on foot.
The first floor offers a harmonious living space: a welcoming lounge, a bright dining room opening onto a large 60 m² outdoor terrace, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. A grand period staircase leads up to the bedrooms, spread over the various floors. Spacious suites and bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and breathtaking sea views, create a restful atmosphere. On the top floor, an observatory offers panoramic sea views, ideal for relaxation or telecommuting.
All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. Relaxation areas include a large terrace with outdoor seating, parasols and deckchairs, a shaded plancha area and a poolhouse. A lovely, secure 10 x 4.5-meter swimming pool will refresh your summer days.
The poolhouse, although functional, still needs some improvement. It's the only part of the house that hasn't been completely renovated, but it nevertheless offers an appreciable shaded area at the water's edge.
Parking spaces are available for several vehicles.
Geographically, “Les Beaux Jours” is exceptionally well located, just a few hundred meters from the beaches of Saint-Raphaël and a few kilometers from the coves of the Corniche d'Or. The TGV train station is just 800 meters away. What's more, the Esterel forest massif, with its red rocks and pine and cork oak forests, is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. A regular boat service runs daily to the picturesque village of Saint-Tropez.
For your convenience, bed linen and towels are available for hire:
- Summer bed pack: 25€/bed/week (sheets + 2 pillowcases + 2 towels + 2 bath towels)
- Winter bed pack: 35€/bed/week (comforter + comforter cover + sheet + 2 pillowcases + 2 towels + 2 bath towels)
- Pool towels also available for hire: 6€/pers/week
Baby bed linen, bath mats and kitchen towels are included at no extra charge.
To facilitate fast and efficient communication, a WhatsApp group will be set up as soon as you make your reservation to make your stay as easy as possible.
On arrival, the concierge will be on hand to welcome you and hand over the keys to the property. A digital inventory of fixtures (photos) will be uploaded to the group and will serve as proof in the event of damage.
In the event of damage noted at the time of the inventory of fixtures on departure, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit according to the priced inventory (presented on arrival).
