Key West Stay

The property is very inviting. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the sharing with some of the adjacent properties. It is conveniently located to the trolley and shuttle stops. The concierge is very pleasant, knowledgeable of the area and fun to visit with.

Welcoming resort

We had heard a lot about the Key West…extremely busy, no parking and a very expensive place Well you made our experience special. The shuttle service was prefect when we needed it and the pool setting almost like a resort when it was time to relax

VRBO???

Although the stay was great, 24 is really just a hotel. Not sure how VRBO got into the listing of a hotel room. So it was a little deceiving on what we were expecting. Also had to pay a premium to VRBO so that increased the cost of the room. Lessons learned, hope this helps someone…just call hotel for reservations.

Ugly Room

Our room left little to be desired. Was a business class room with a large desk right in the middle. Wasn't what I expected. Didn't like it much. However, the pool area and pool is wonderful, loved the shuttle and staff is very nice.

Don't stay here...

Unfortunately, there aren’t a lot of positive things to report about 20 North. Let's start with the check-in process. They had one front desk clerk, so it took forever. Part of this long check in process was him telling us all the things that were closed within the resort due to work being performed. Yet, with so many things being closed due to renovation, they continue to charge $50 per day “Resort Fee.” While the pool remained open, a team of hardscapers were resurfacing the concrete pool deck each day. The pool, however, was full of leaves and debris since it was not being maintained. The pool bar “Coconuts” which they rave about on their website was closed for renovation. Also, the lobby bar was closed for renovation, yet they had a private wine tasting event one evening we were there. During check-in we were told that a complementary shuttle ran every hour from 20 North to Old Town. We only took the shuttle once but later learned it was $5 per person when it appeared on my bill. It’s cheaper and faster to take an Uber. The rooms are no better than a Holiday Inn. Our toilet wouldn’t flush without taking off the tank lid and tapping the filler valve. Also, the shower had no hot water. Maintenance did fix these two problems on our second day. WiFi service was terribly unreliable making it difficult for me to keep up with work related emails. As we walked around Key West, we found much nicer hotels that were better located and less expensive. Do your homework!
