PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This apartment is at the first floor. It has 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom for 2 guests and 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room for 2 guest.
1 full bathroom is located outside of the master bedroom.

* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* LAUNDRY ROOM (COMMON AREA) from 4pm to 9am.
* 2 BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA $25 per stay (15 days stay maximum)
* FULL KITCHEN with stainless-steel fridge and freezer, regular coffee maker, flat range stove with oven, built-in microwave, stainless-steel sink, sufficient dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the kitchen for maximum occupancy.

Self-Check In is available any time after 3PM. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 12pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK IN AND A LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL THE SAME DAY. We need enough time to clean the apartment following the Covid-19 Cleaning Guidelines so please send your inquiry the same day to check the availability.
