Dirty property with cockroaches and mold. Couldn’t stay there. Looking back a year in the reviews the cockroaches have been problems before. Very disappointing.
Neither expedia nor the owner has been willing to resolve the problems or return money.
Great Place - very nice location and beautiful views
We stayed 3 nights this unit in waikiki is a great place - we had lot of fun. Very clean and everything you needed is provided by the host. You can just walk to the beach and restaurants very close by. We loved it.

Great view
Central location, bus pass makes it easy to get around
The location was ideal for getting around Waikiki and for catching the bus to travel throughout the island. There are multiple bus lines within a 3 minute walk from the location. It was truly an awesome experience.
The property is in walking distance to everything the, 24 hour parking, not far at all, along the 34 hour convenience store. (7/11). Mobile food truck meet up on a daily basis. A great stay.
Very walkable to beaches, shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Only drawback is the noise from traffic. If you are a heavy sleeper, you will be fine. The city never sleeps. Great views of the canal, mountains and park. Highly recommend the Polynesian Culture Center and driving the North Shore along with Pearl Harbour. We used Uber lots and very efficient.
We loved the porch and views. Seeing the mountains, the canal, and the activity on the streets below, was fantastic! As others mentioned, it’s noisy from the streets below. We used earplugs and didn’t have any trouble with it. Apartment is simple as shown in the photos, but it was everything we needed. Easy 10 min walk to convention center, as well as 10-15 min walk to various beaches. Bus system worked well for longer trips!
The place wasn't cleaned, as I mentioned before: there were leftovers and rotten fruit in the refrigerator as well plastic 6 ring can. In the bathroom was a damp towel, it was still damp!To make things worse, while I was making the bed on the next day there was stains from body fluid in the sheet. I have asked multiple times for extra sheets prior arriving, in which the host confirmed for air mattress. After creating a complain with VRBO, the host offered to dropped off the sheets on next day in which I declined since we already had bought one. The host also offered to clean the apt after our arrival, I declined for few reasons: it was my family, our vacation, and the apt should have been cleaned before we arrived, not during. To my surprise even after declining the sheets, they entered in the place without notifying us. It gave us a very uncomfortable, and unsafe feeling. I looked for other bookings but we were stranded. On top of all of this small details such: there was no kitchen towel, no shampoo (only conditioner), and garbage disposal did not work, washing the dishes was brutal; and no broom to sweep the floor.I was notified the day of arriving that pesticides were being spread in the unit. I asked several times not to, to do afterwards. The host did not reply once regarding this matter. Ignored my request and once again entered the unit. I have requested refund, pics has been sent, and no word yet from management.

Good and bad
Best thing was location if you are used to city traffic. Otherwise the noise from traffic can keep windows closed. And column fan, ceiling fan and little portable fan not enough to keep place cool in summer. Needs proper air con.
Property also needs more kitchen tools like grater, peeler, and more cutlery.
Difficult to sweep and mop with little throw-away cloth style broom. Floor was not clean enough on arrival.
Needs vacuum cleaner to clean properly if you are going to beach. Bathroom sink needs to drain better. The plunger didn't clear it with many tries.
Otherwise great view, close to public transport and comfortable.
We were there for a few weeks in June. Our experience was overall very good. The apartment provides enough space for 3 adults.
+easy check-in
+good communication before and during the stay
+close to the highway
+close to groceries stores/shopping mall
+close to beaches and downtown, which can be easily reached by foot
+beautiful view from the lanai towards the canal and mountains
+beach towels and plenty of shower towels available.
+washer and dryer on the same floor
+drop-off zone in front of the entrance
-no parking (see harbor parking, about 7-10 minutes walk or parking on the block but very expensive $40-45 a day)
-apartment is located on a busy street and can be blended out with earplugs
-dish set was not complete as shown in the picture. We only had one glass.
Due to facility problems we did not have hot water for a few days and it took a few days to fix. The elevators also broke down. However, this was repaired within a day.
We would definitely stay there again, mahalo!
If I could give it a 3 1/2 star I would . Don't think it deserves a 3 .
The pros to this condo are:
The condo is in a good central location to attractions and view is beautiful. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The cons to the condo are:
The jealousies windows do not allow enough cool air in during the day as the sun can get pretty hot and the condo can become very uncomfortable to be in. So if you are a person that likes to be in a place that is extremely cool this is not going to be the place for you. It got pretty hot!
When I reached out to the host about this matter he did respond and say it is not advertised as having AC and offered to change out the portable fan. I did appreciate that. But that was not going to fix the issue. Being that I am from South Texas AC units are customary and I would have appreciated knowing that there was no AC in the condo when making my decision to book. I would recommend to the host to say that in the listing to clarify for future guests.
The condo is on a VERY busy street and it is not possible to sleep in past 6am because of the level of noise on the street. I also have to say there was no cleaning spung for the dish, and we also had to buy Filters were the coffee pot. There was no cleaning supplies, just dish soap.
Overall the host was very good at responding and the unit was clean but due to the heat in the condo and the noise level from being on a busy street this is not something I would choose again.

The view of the mauka is beautiful, especially during a sprinkle or at sunrise. See the most rainbows anywhere from the balcony. But, if you're not an night owl, this area not for you. There's traffic noise day & night (partially).
This place was great. Easy check in/out. There isn’t parking but it’s manageable. Never had a problem. It’s clean has what you need.
Only suggestion is maybe another fan 😀 But overall it was wonderful. Very easy to walk anywhere in Waikiki.
The spot was clean and convenient for getting into town and Ala Moana without being around the super busy Waikiki area but still walkable to it. Could use some basic things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. Also no lamp in the bedroom. Check in process was easy. Overall a good value
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and updated apartment, excellent location to walk everywhere in Waikiki, great views from the balcony and would recommend anyone to stay there!
It was good for a short term rental as I search permanent housing
I did not receive instructions on checking in until a couple hours before check in . Check in was 3 pm no early check in . I was given a wrong address and took a few times around the block with a Lyft before realizing the address was sent incorrectly. The property has lock box outside and a flight of stairs up to the lobby . There is no push cart available. The apartment was very cute and simple . The bed and the couch were both comfortable.. laundry was conveniently just outside the door . The bathroom was clean and upgraded . I enjoyed the kitchen except the oven rack was misplaced and there was no pan to bake a pizza or cookies . The view from the balcony is really nice of the canal but there is nothing to sit on . The street is always busy and the noise made it hard to sleep . The blinds are super old and would fall out . There was no hot water in the shower the first two days of our week long stay . Parking was not offered . The pool in the lobby is really cold and twice we went down there was trash floating in it . My kids said the plastic cups stunk and used instead the wine glasses which they broke so we were charged a $10 fee . There is a very cute coffee shop next door and we utilized the park across the street .
On the positive side, the place was clean except the used towel hanging on the door of the bathroom and one dirty dish in the cupboard. The view was beautiful.
The apartment was certainly bare bones. It advertised sleeping for 3 or 4 but there was only 2 chairs at the table. We used the bench as a table by the couch as there wasn’t anything to put a glass on if you were sitting on the couch. There was no light source in the bedroom or any bedside tables to put your phone, book or glass on. The only light source was to turn the bathroom light on. As I said before the view was great but there was nothing to sit on on the Lanai. For the price we expected a bit more. It was disappointing. We were there for 8 days.
