Unità al secondo piano con facile accesso a tutti i servizi offerti dal nostro edificio. Abbiamo una piscina coperta con vasca idromassaggio separata. La sauna è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi. La nostra nuova palestra è l'ideale per tutti. La nostra piscina all'aperto è molto grande e ha una piscina per bambini in allegato.
Splendida vista sulla spiaggia da questa unità. Divertiti a sederti sul grande balcone a forma di L sorseggiando una bevanda fresca e guardando direttamente la spiaggia guardando le onde. Il nostro edificio dispone di 2 ascensori per la vostra convenienza.
Il Romar Place è vicino a tutte le attrazioni, attraversate la strada per mangiare un ottimo pranzo / cena al Wintzell's. Puoi camminare per la strada per ascoltare musica dal vivo o guardare una partita sul GRANDE SCHERMO di Live Bait.
Il Romar Place è a pochi minuti da tutte le attrazioni della zona: golf, shopping, passeggiate, passeggiate in bicicletta, pesca, puttputt, troppe cose da fare ... o semplicemente divertiti a non fare nulla.

Soggiorno: nuovissimo salotto che comprende un divano letto, una poltrona reclinabile e 2 sedie a righe abbinate. Nuovissimo TV a schermo piatto 4K da 50 ", Blueray DVD / VCR, stereo con TV via cavo. Abbiamo anche appena sostituito il tappeto nel soggiorno / sala da pranzo con un bellissimo pavimento in assi.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici di dimensioni standard. ABBIAMO APPENA AGGIUNTO TUTTA LA NUOVA GRANITE IN CUCINA. Pentole, griglia interna George Foreman, grande pentola bollente, griglia, fornello di riso, frullatore, caffettiera, apriscatole, tostapane 4 fette, padella elettrica, ferro da stiro e persino spezie! Abbiamo anche una cascata di liquidi per la lavastoviglie! ABBIAMO APPENA AGGIUNTO UNA MINI KEURIG!

Abbiamo appena sostituito il pavimento della camera da letto principale con il pavimento in listoni. È un bellissimo pavimento.

Materasso della seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con COMODO NUOVO E DRAPES. Nuovo televisore a schermo piatto HD / dvd con cavo.

Older but well-kept

Other than a problem with the patio door locks, we had an excellent stay at a very well-equipped condo. The building is clearly an older building, but the owner has tried to update it with newer mattresses, furniture and bedding. Unlike other panhandle properties we have stayed at, at this location be prepared for a fee to park in their parking lot and a fee to rent the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. I’d suggest investing in your own beach chairs and a portable umbrella. These fees were disclosed in the listing so they weren’t a surprise, but other properties we’ve stayed at in the past have comped them. When we weren’t on the beach or cooking meals, we spent much of our time on the well-appointed balcony with the beautiful view. It was a treat to see dolphins in the water near shore. Overall, a beautiful place to stay!

Ideal location

Property was spacious and well kept. The location of the balcony provided wonderful views of the gulf and pool. The units vicinity to the elevators made coming and going a breeze. The property provided everything you needed from the kitchen amenities, multiple pools to the availability of sand toys. We will definitely return!

Awesome family vacation!

The condo is conveniently located on the second floor so we frequently used the stairs. The condo was well appointed with linens, cookware and comfortable beds. The public areas were clean and well-maintained. We encountered an issue with cleaning in the condo but a quick text to the housekeeping contact resulted in a prompt response and they remedied the issue very quickly. Barbara was easy to work with and we highly recommend this condo. Our family of seven had a fantastic beach vacation!

Grandkids first beach trip

Condo was just as described, clean, comfortable, convenient. 2nd floor was sweet! Great views of the beach and overlooking the pool plus no long wait on elevator. Owner was super good about answering any questions. Thanks Barbara!

Wonderful Last Minute Stay

Barabara answered a request to allow my family to stay beginning that day due to the original booking (from another VRBO host) being under construction. She answered promptly, got checked in and it was amazing! Great location and beautiful!

Perfect view

We enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfy beds and awesome outside furniture for early morning coffee and dolphin watching. Complex is a perfect size with a nice parking lot. We really appreciated not having a parking ramp to deal with. Elevators were quick and carts were helpful for loading up all of our belongings. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice amenity to have with the weather being a little colder. Thanks again Barbara!

Spring Break 2022

We had a good time. The walk to the beach was close. Pool was freezing cold during the last week in March so difficult to enjoy. On-site Property Management was a bit helicopter parent….we almost needed to carry around a list of rules to make sure we were following them all. We had 10 condos booked at this same property. This condo was in the middle as far updates and cleanliness. I did have to do some light cleaning before we unpacked especially in the kitchen and master bath. Overall, good trip.

Family New Years trip

We booked this property last minute when a trip with our extended family got canceled. The property was wonderful, the beach access was super easy and the balcony offers an amazing view of the beach. Our kiddos had the best time !

Beach perfect

Exactly what I wanted. It was on the beach with a great view and steps from the gulf. The perfect size condo for 6 adults and 2 children. Family friendly. Loved it. Would rent again.

Great condo/great location!

Well appointed condo with a great location. 2nd floor room right off the elevator or down one flight of stairs and around the corner to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat some meals in. Within 1 mile to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and souvenir shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Location, Communication Lacking

The condo was nice, no beach towels and other towels and linens were just ok. The host was curt in prior messaging about the pool, not even answering a simple question if the pool was open. Upon arriving the master slider door didn't work and drains were clogged in tubs. I texted her at the END of our stay just to alert her for next guests and received another curt reply, that I should have contacted her sooner, like I was at fault, no thank you or anything. For almost $700 in cleaning and service fees, I don't think I should have to contact anyone about maintenance issues, it should be pristine when I arrive. Also, when you receive less than friendly replies, I really didn't want to deal with her again. The setting itself was nice.

Great place for a vacation. Beautiful beach, great accommodations and great location.

We had a great vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Adults and teens (13, 16) enjoyed our accommodations and the location. We had a great time. Barabara was always available if needed and very responsive as an owner. Highly recommended if you are considering a trip.

The perfect condo!

The condo was in the best location and just far enough away from the crowds for our spring break trip. Condo is right on the beach with a large balcony, outdoor and indoor pools were great, multiple outdoor charcoal grills, and everything you need in the condo. Thank you for having us. It was such a great getaway!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

My husband and I enjoyed renting in this complex because it was a low density building. It has all the luxuries we wanted while we are on vacation at the beach. It is so close to all the activities we enjoy...bike riding, walking, on the beautiful trails, golfing, putt putt, shopping, fishing or just sitting on the beach. So when we could afford to buy our own vacation home we knew just where we wanted to buy Romar place.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The convenience of our unit is what we truly enjoy. We are right above the outdoor pool, so we can watch our grandchildren in the pool while enjoying a cool beverage. We are close to everything in our complex and don't even need to take the elevator.
Walk across the street and eat a delicious meal at brand new Wolf Bay just moved across the street in the old Winzell's, Ruby Slipper, Flipdaddy's or Live Bait.
We are close to all the activities that we enjoy.
