The Courtyard Studio suite is tiny living at it's finest! Perfect for one person, but will accommodate two people who enjoy a minimalist footprint. Every inch of this suite is maximized to ensure you're not missing any luxuries in your cozy space.

The studio suite has a private courtyard with a fountain and sitting area and it's own private entrance. There are no spaces (other than the 3 acres of property grounds) that are shared with other guests or the owners.

The Courtyard Studio has a well equipped kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave and small sink as well as cutlery, dishes and a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-Cup options to suit every taste.

You'll find the basic pantry staples like salt and pepper, sugar/sugar substitute packets and creamer for coffee.

Your room is appointed with a 32 inch smart TV. BYOP to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Prime TV account and watch your favorite movie or show.

Your room has a comfortable, plush full size bed, as well as a sitting chair and side table for working or eating.
