Relaxing with friends

This is our 2nd stay at this property and have already booked for next year. The pool area is so piece full and relaxing. The house was clean and well taken care of. We went for walks everyday around the neighborhood and the people were so friendly to talk too. Henning answered all our questions and concerns. Cannot wait until our next stay.

Great Cape Coral Huse

Overall, we were very satisfied with the house, location, amenities, etc. Even with TS Debby bearing down on us at the beginning of the week, overall, we had a great time. We have rented various houses in Cape Coral over the years and will be back!

Family spring break

My family of 4 stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed every minute! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. The beach towels, toys and chairs provided were appreciated. You can tell that the owner has invested in the property by the high quality pool lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool is in really good condition. The house is located near shopping (Target and Publix) and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, a lovely stay for our family. We will recommend to others and we would stay here again if traveling to this area.

My friends and I came in for a week and it was just as pictured. The house was clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Overall our stay was really nice and we really enjoyed it.

A fun, relaxing vacation!

Vacation rental

The house was excellent. The whole family loved the pool with a deep end on one side. They had beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys which was a plus. The internet was super fast ( 13 yr old loved that).

Little Summer getaway

We just spent a week at this property with our 11 year old daughter. We all loved this house, especially the pool area. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending the evenings by the pool playing games and listening to music. The pool was a bit cold for our taste so we weren't able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked, other than that we loved our stay.

Great pool and lanai area.

Overall experience was a good one. The pool is wonderful. However, the mattress in one of the bedrooms need replaced. We had to go purchase a mattress topper due springs coming through. Also, the electric allowance is ridiculous; either incease the amount of the allowance or include electric costs in the price you charge.

Great Vacation

My husband and I just spent a week at this property with our 8 year old son. We all loved this house, especially the pool area. The house had everything we needed, including beach gear and nice big beach towels. The neighbors were all very friendly, as well as the property management company that stopped by as well. We enjoyed spending the evenings around the patio table with the lights on outside and playing games and listening to music. We would like to visit again in the future!

Pictures due NO justice! Absolutely beautiful!

No offense to the photographer but, WOW! The place was breathtaking. Excellent service from Diana from start to finish. Only issue was with the cleaning lady on checkout day. She showed up early, was very rude and then tried to say I didn’t clean the grill when we never even used it. The owner was very cooperative and the issue was resolved. I have family in the Cape Coral area and next time I go to see them, I will DEFINITELY look to see if this house is available first.

Family Vacation

The property was great. Pool and grounds were nicely kept and very clean. King beds were comfortable, single beds were not. House had everything we needed except for a pizza pan and a larger cooler for beach use. Could've been stocked with more garbage bags, hand soap and toilet paper. All in all the family had a blast and would go back again.

Wonderful

What a pleasant month we had at this vacation rental. We’re only two adults but the house is large enough for an entire family. We enjoyed the cooler mornings out by the pool and warm afternoons. The furniture and decorating is well done.

The house was just as expected from pics. Very clean and inviting.

Only complaint is queen bed mattress needs replaced. We could feel the springs which was uncomfortable. I let the owner know and he promised to rectify the situation immediately.

Paradise at Villa Lion's Garden

We stayed at this home, Villa Lion’s Garden, for 3 weeks in early December 2020. It was wonderful. The home was exactly as pictured and the owners were gracious and very easy to correspond with. If we had a question on anything, the owner was very prompt in getting back to us. The check in process was very easy and Greg from the property management company was there promptly the day after we arrived at the home. Greg was on time and very informative and answered any questions that we had. There is also a check out process that Greg does after the renters leave the home. This home is spacious with lots of room and accessibility. The home is very well furnished and comfy with lots of amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area is gorgeous with a very nice patio extension that has an outdoor couch and chairs for your enjoyment. You can be in the sun all day or also enjoy the shade if you prefer with a nice outdoor table that seats 8. There is also a nice size dock to fish off of. Plenty of natural light radiates into the home that makes it warm and inviting. This was a good find for us and perfect for our family. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors. The home is located just off Veterans Parkway and Santa Barbara Avenue with Publix grocery store, Target and CVS along with several restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in Villa Lion’s Garden and highly recommend this home. We will definitely be returning to this 5-star home in the near future.
