This cozy and unique home fits 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 full size bed, 1 a comfortable full size futon, and a full kitchen! We have a gas grill as well. is in a community with a tiki style pool, pickle ball, shuffle board, 2 dog parks, laundry facilities.. It's conveniently located 15 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport, & 15 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. There are many stores, restaurants, nightlife and clubs, and a short drive from the amazing shell factory.

Darling Hobbit House

This was a fun and affordable place to stay. Jennifer was very sweet and prompt with communications, answering all my questions quickly. There's more room than I thought there would be. Plenty for 2 people, probably cozy for 4 but there are 2 separate bedrooms, and a separate living and dining area. Enough closet and bureau space, and more towels than I have seen outside of a department store! The Hobbit House is not new, nor is it shabby-chic, it's just not all brand new and shiny. I was only 10 mins from my niece and in a real community. I would stay here again next year.

Family Visit

Overall the house was nice and slept comfortably. The listing did advertise there was an ironing board and iron, which i was really depending on to iron out wrinkles to clothes needed for a memorial service. However, there was not one to be found. So, that put a monkey wrench in things. All in all, nice and quite cute little place, I would stay there again if in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hobbit house

Very cute, clean & comfortable. Location was central to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we returned to area. Great attention to detail was taken while decorating the place(Hobbit house) Beds were very comfortable.

Hobbit House stay

We were looking for an economical place to stay for a week while visiting friends nearby. Hobbit House fit the bill. Although we typically left the property after breakfast and didn't return until after 10:00 pm, Hobbit House has everything needed for anyone spending more time there. It is convenient to Ft. Myers and just a 30 mile drive to Sanibel.

Cute Hobbit House

We stayed 3 nights in the Hobbit House. We were visiting my cousin in Fort Myers so it was a very convenient location. The house was very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need in a small place and decorated very cute. We were very happy we could bring our pups. Jennifer made sure everything was okay. We had a great stay.

Perfect

The property owner was very helpful from the very beginning. She gave detailed instructions on location and check in. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time we are in town visiting family. The little hobbit house is cute as a button and our go to from now on!

Check-in was "easy-peasy" once I got the unit #; Jennifer was nothing short of AMAZING!! The community is still in recovery from Hurricane Ian, but the neighbors, and location were perfect for my visit~! Communication with Jennifer was excellent. Thank you for welcoming me to your place and helping me way beyond VRBO. I'll be back...

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and comfortable! Quiet neighborhood. We were initially concerned about the ability of the air conditioners to make the house comfortable, but they did the job just fine. The beds were also very comfortable! Jenniffer was helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries that we made. Our son enjoyed the pool every day on our trip!

Disappointed

I picked this property because of the pool, gas grill and bike which were included. I was disappointed that the host didn’t notify me that the pool was closed, the gas grill didn’t work and the bike was no were to be found. The home itself was fine. I feel the host should have notified us ahead of us arriving because she knew the pool and grill weren’t available for use and some compensation should have been offered.
