About this property

The noble, fully equipped apartment offers on 50m2 a double room for 2 people (+ max. 2 additional people, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom offers a shower, toilet, urinal and hairdryer. The great room concept of the living / dining room invites you to relax and get together not only because of the large flat-screen TV, HiFi system, DVD & Blu Ray player. The high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. We also thought of our little ones. The baby package with cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available free of charge in the apartment.

You can relax on the partially green roof terrace and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rainberg" and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The roof terrace with its cozy lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day thanks to romantic lighting.

We are a "self-check-in" apartment. There is NO reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have the door pin code sent by us upon arrival (receipt of the code approx. 2 weeks before arrival). This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay!

All necessary registration formalities are ready for you in the apartment. Please fill it out in your own interest.
The housekeeper is there by the hour, otherwise she can only be reached by phone in urgent cases.

We are a non-smoking apartment, so we ask you to smoke only on the balcony / terrace.

PLEASE NOTE THAT there are ADDITIONAL CLEANING COSTS OF € 45 / STAY AND COSTS OF € 1.55 PER ADULT / NIGHT !!

Your four-legged friends are welcome with us (max. 2 per rental unit) - only possible on request (€ 20, - / 4 legs / night).

Cute little apartment

This was a cute little apartment, but there was a major construction project going on during our stay right in front of the building and right next to it. Some days we didn’t know how to get out, because it was always blocked off right in front of our building. The worst of it was the noise level every morning at 7:00 am and the shaking of the building. It felt like the ground was constantly vibrating. I don’t know how long this project will take, but it looked like a big project that will go on for weeks. As far as location is concerned, it was a a quick 10 minute walk right into the center of the city, so that was nice.

Beautiful Property

We loved the gorgeous property. It was very clean and comfortable. Access to the property was easy using a code given in advance. No need for keys! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends!

Wonderful accommodations!

The flat is well furnished and appointed. There is a grocery store 1 block away. The walk into the center of town is about 20 minutes, or shorter via the nearby bus line. We loved the rooftop deck and would definitely stay again.

Lovely flat within walking distance of downtown

Could not be more happy. Was clean and quite large with a fantastic price. We walked everyday into town and could use the bus stop less than a block from us but walking was just as easy through the little tunnel under the mountain. Had a great Indian food restaurant and a grocery store super close. Would rather stay here again then downtown. thank you

Great Place, limited parking

Our stay started by having difficulty finding the Villa, our GPS took us to a different location. When we phoned to get directions, no-one spoke English. Finally found the Villa and was not disappointed. Parking is very limited, but a very nice Villa and a great location.

Very nice apartment.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Keyless access was nice and the double entry made us feel secure. Well equipped with everything we needed Wonderfully large walk-in shower with lots of hot water. Great location for bus service into town. The bus stop was only 40-50 meters away on the same street. Wonderful small bar/restaurant less the 50 meters down the street serving great home made food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We ate there several times. Parking was challenging to understand despite the instruction sheet we found in the apt.. We ended up parking safely on the street in front of the building but were not sure if we were allowed to do so. The busy street out front (cars, trucks and buses) and a very large construction project going on across the street made sleeping late difficult. Overall, this is a very nice property and we were happy with our choice.

Quiet and comfortable

This was a very clean, spacious, modern and welcoming apartment with only a 15 minute walk to the city center. We stayed at Mirabell 1 on the ground floor. The windows were super efficient at blocking out the street noise. We would stay here again.

Convenient and Clean

This flat was a welcome respite after site-seeing in the beautiful city of Salzburg each day. It was clean and the roof top deck was a fantastic feature. It was convenient to public transportation providing easy access to any destination in Salzburg. Owners were very kind to accommodate our request to drop our bags since we arrived early to the city.

Nicely furnished and convenient for our Salzburg experience

We very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Salzburg. The apartment is well furnished with all the items needed to cook, relax, or be productive. It is a short, 10-minute walk to the Old City, but it is only meters away from two different bus stops which give you quick access to any part of the city and the surrounding area, if needed. True to its "natural" theme, there is no air conditioning, but there are fans available to help move the air around in the evenings, which was very helpful at the end of the warm days. There is also a grocery store within 300 meters or so which was a nice source of groceries to help supply items for our "getaway" on the rooftop to finish each day of exploring Salzburg.

Stylish, Sophisticated & Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Salzburg. The apartment is on the first floor with its own patio, table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The only drawback was the construction across the street but it didn't bother us at all as we were out of the apartment during the day. The amenities are wonderful: cooking utensils and a large coffee maker (unusual but appreciated!), sharp knives, an HDTV with multiple channels that we only took advantage of early morning for the news. The bus stops are conveniently located just down the block or the one around the corner. We recommend purchasing a Salzburg Card (we did a 72-hour one as we were staying 4 days) as most of the sites are free admission with the card as well as free public transportation. We enjoyed coming back to the apartment at night to relax, away from the noisy tourist center of the Old Town. Furnishings are sophisticated yet comfortable. The bathroom is a real treat: rainshower head, urinal and a 5-million year old petrified wood sink. The theme through the apartment is "natural"; we loved it! We especially liked the keyless entry--no worries about losing the key! We did take advantage of having our "happy hour" on the rooftop terrace. Lovely bird song and light breeze with views of the mountain. A great place and one we hope to return to someday!

Does justice to salzburg

Very good accommodations - family of 3 stayed in salzburg for 2 nights, well worth it. Apartment is 10 pleasant minutes walk from old town and a good after dinner walk after enjoying a cafe or 3

Schön aber für die Größe zu teuer

Alles war wie beschrieben und hat gepasst. Wir waren zu 4 in diesem Appartement. Es ist modern und komfortabel jedoch für die Größe wirklich sehr teuer. Vor allem die 45 Euro Reinigung haben wir nicht verstanden. Wir haben das Appartement sehr sauber verlassen. Mehr als 15 Euro Reinigungsgebühr sind meiner Meinung nach nicht angemessen. Wäre das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besser würden wir wieder kommen.

Elegantly decorated, ideally located with all the amenities needed!

We stayed here with our 21 year old son who had finished his study abroad class and slept on the very comfortable sofa for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is located within walking distance to transportation, grocery store, bakery and the old city center. Having arrived in the late evening it was so nice that "starter" supplies of coffee, creamer and snacks where there. Very nice restaurant "Cavalli" just around the corner has excellent food at a very reasonable price-we ate there twice! The apartments roof top terrace is lovely day and night and a great spot to enjoy dinner or a drink at the end of a sightseeing day. Also appreciated the laundry facility in the basement-complete with everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a full dinner meal and is very modern and clean. The staff on sight is very helpful and friendly, arranging a taxi with a delightful lady who took us to lake Konigssee for our day trip. Having come from another apartment in Munich that had terrible wifi, the service here was excellent as well as having some English TV channels. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was the highlight of our short stay in Salzburg.

Great vacation rental in Salzburg

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It was about a 10 min. walk into Old Town Salzburg, so it was a very convenient location. Also near the Stiegl Brewery, a fun place to check out. The housekeeper, Sylvia was helpful and was available for questions. Very clean and well manage vacation rental.

Perfect for family
