Idyllic holiday home under old walnut trees, quiet and in the countryside

The apartment is a small, charming cottage under old walnut trees with separate entrance and private parking in front of the door. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m double bed, wardrobe and desk. In the living room is a modern sofa bed with 1.60 slatted frame and mattress for two more guests. The kitchen was newly installed in 2015 and offers all comfort. The entire property is newly renovated and newly equipped. A cot and baby high chair we provide you when needed. Short-term and long-term guests are welcome.

Cute holiday getaway

The hosts were helpful and informative. The property is very quiet and the back gate opens up to a biking and walking trail. Very close to all the things we wanted to do, just a short drive away. The house was clean and easy to access, and we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We stayed for Christmas!

Kleines feines Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen, das wir ganz für uns hatten. Es war ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert und nett. Und im Sommer kommt ja noch die Option eines Gartens hinzu.

Sicher schön im Sommer für Urlauber

Schöner Garten, Fahrrad-und Wanderwege gleich nebenan. Wer wie wir Internet benötigt, hat Pech gehabt: zeitweise keinerlei Empfang, dann wieder ein paar Minuten, dann wieder Ende.

Die Lage des Ferienobjekts ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren (Radweg direkt am Haus) und/oder Stadtbesichtigungen der Umgebung (10 min Fußweg zur Straßenbahn - alles gut erreichbar z.B. Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ladenburg etc.). Besonderer Dank gilt den Vermietern, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

man kann nicht meckern ;-)

Es gibt von unserer Seite nichts negatives zu berichten, und das da mal ein Frosch des Abends quakt, kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und die Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und angenehm kommunikativ. Leider mussten wir unseren geplanten Urlaub aus gesundheitlichen Gründen vorzeitig abbrechen, aber, da wir noch nicht alles gesehen haben was wir uns vorgenommen hatten, fahren wir noch einmal in den Pfaffengrund. :-)

Unter anderen Voraussetzungen gebucht...

Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Allerdings sind in dem Objekt keine zwei Schlafzimmer!!!! - wie es die Überschrift verspricht!! Der eine Raum mit Schlafcouch ist gleichzeitig die Wohnküche. Um das zu erkennen muss man die Anzeige komplett lesen - sehhhhrr unglücklich formuliert, wenn ich es höflich ausdrücke. Zudem waren während unseres Aufenthaltes die Kröten aktiv- also nichts mit Ruhe!!! Klar, Kröten lassen sich nicht erziehen- nett formuliert in der Infobroschüre vor Ort. Aber ein Hinweis vor der Buchung wäre schon fair gewesen. Vielleicht kann man den nächsten Gästen die Enttäuschungen ersparen und die Beschreibung ändern. Wir sind eher abgereist- das war eine teure Erfahrung:-( Ich habe einen Untersetzer zerbrochen, da waren die Gastgeber kulant- so etwas wird mit einkalkuliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings waren z.B. an den Lampen und Decken für meinen Geschmack zu viele Spinnweben.
