Newly renovated 112 year old historic home located in desirable Shaw neighborhood. Within minutes of Missouri Botanical Garden, Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, Wild Carrot banquet hall, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, SLU, Union Station, and several great local restaurants. Home is located on a quiet one way street with gated driveway/backyard parking. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary dining and cooking utensils. Plenty of soft fluffy bath towels. Brand new 5 ton air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer and radiant heat to keep you nice and toasty warm in the winter. Wonderful outdoor deck area with gas firepit. Fully fenced backyard for children to play or your
four legged doggy family members to relax.

St Louis Trip

SLU Spring Soccer weekend

We stayed here for a weekend in April with some family to watch my niece play soccer. The house is great for a group, in a really nice neighborhood, and the backyard is perfect for dogs!

Great for hanging out with family

The house being centrally located was helpful for our family to be out and about during the day and then come back and hang out together at the house. We were even able to walk to a coffee shop nearby in the morning. Jim was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay.

Great location! Very clean!

The place was very clean and well maintained. Mostly quiet, nice neighborhood. Close to most attractions. Owner was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean home and quiet neighborhood

My cousins/friends stayed at this home for the weekend and glad we did. This home was so clean and spacious. Enough room to accommodate 6 of us. The host was very responsive to my questions and made everything easy to access. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet but also a small drive away from everything. Great for morning walks or walks to nearby businesses.

Graduation Weekend with Cherry on Top!

We were very impressed with our stay. The house was decorated for the holidays and very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! We came in town to celebrate a family members graduation at SLU. The location was perfect and it was even the meeting place to join other family before going to dinner. Thanks for a great stay and for sharing your home with us!

Great stay for SLU Family Weekend

This was the perfect stay for SLU family weekend. Great walkable neighborhood. Close to campus and Forest Park. Everything we needed plus the amazing outdoor space. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!

Loved our family time (including dog) at this Shaw neighborhood home. Area felt safe, there’s a great park at the end of the street, friendly neighbors, easy drive to other areas of the city. Host was easy to reach, all the comforts of home both inside & out. We would happily stay here again!

Family Visit

We had an amazing stay! Perfect location - close to all our favorite STL places, quiet, lovely neighborhood. Wonderful accommodations which allowed us to relax and enjoy time together as a family - indoors and outdoors! We did cook several meals and found the kitchen to be perfectly stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Jim was excellent in communicating information and responding quickly to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again on any of our future STL trips!!

Beautiful Historic Home

Beautiful historic home near everything in STL. We were attending a wedding at Wild Carrot and it was a short block away. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood and we were able to walk there in full suit and dress! The rooms were comfy and spacious for an older home. There was plenty of space indoor and outdoor and the owners had the place stocked quite well!

Perfect home

In town for the weekend with my husband and 2 fur babies. The home was as described and just wonderful. Fenced back yard for the pups and they loved it. Wonderfully decorated and so comfortable! Would absolutely stay again and recommend this lodging.

Beautiful home, great location

Lovely home in a historical area. Had everything we needed for the family, including a fenced in yard for the dog! Easy access to the freeway and so many entertainment options nearby. Convenient location for our visit to SLU!

Lovely house, great location

Very comfortable house! My huband and I and our two adult children and son-in-law attended a wedding in St. Louis and stayed for two nights. It was laid out well for our group with areas where we could gather together and catch up (we live in different cities) and also get away from each other to get some work done. Great location! Would definitely stay there again.
