The comfortable dining and living area is ideal for gathering and unwinding after a day on the water, while pine-wood paneled walls provide a warm, classic cottage atmosphere, enhancing the cozy, rustic charm of the space.
The main level includes a full bathroom and one bedroom with a queen-size bed, while the upper level features three additional bedrooms, with 4 full-size beds and a set of bunk beds, offering plenty of space for family and friends.
Outdoor Fun & Unbeatable Views - The covered front porch offers one of the best views on the property—watch the kids play in the sand, take in the fresh air, and soak up the peaceful lakeside setting.
The spacious yard features volleyball and basketball courts, horseshoe pits, a swing set and a sandy swimming beach, providing endless outdoor entertainment. In the evening, gather around the community firepit at the waterfront for campfire stories and unforgettable sunsets.
A Perfect Base for Upper Peninsula Adventures - Centrally located between the Straits of Mackinac and Sault Ste. Marie, Marquette Cottage is a great home base for day trips to many of Michigan’s top Upper Peninsula attractions.
