Detta två sovrum, två badrum (king size-säng i master), fullt utrustad lägenhet har en underbar matsal och vardagsrum samt ett stort ätkök och skärmad Lanai (med utomhuskök) med utsikt över ett vackert vattenfall. Två TV: er (kabel), en DVD, videobandspelare och ett välutrustat kök, allt i ett vackert och tyst gated community.

Lägg till detta en utomordentligt stor uppvärmd pool, klubbhus, tennisbanor, bocciebollar, och att sätta grönt och du har den perfekta kombinationen för en drömsemester. Vi ligger bara några minuter från Mexikanska golfen och Neapels flygplats.

Några av South Floridas mest hyllade restauranger finns i grannskapet tillsammans med konst, kultur, teater, gallerier, symfoni och opera. I have stayed in this condo for several years . Every year there is some type of update to a very well maintained condo. The location of the condo is very convenient to several activities as well as within walking distance to the pool. I am very happy with the accommodations and hope to return next year!

The Perfect Condo

My wife and I had a wonderful month in Bob's condo. It is perfectly appointed to provide everything you need. Very comfortable furnishings, beautiful master bedroom, bath, huge walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bob is the best host we've had in 8 years of doing this. Fantastic communication every step of the way! Highly recommend!

Fantastic vacation rental

Great location, 15 minutes to the beach, spacious and nicely furnished condo, beautiful saltwater pool on resort property. The condo is equipped with everything a family would need including beach essentials like umbrellas, pool noodles etc. The additional outdoor kitchen is very convenient!

Excellent Stay

This is our second time staying at this VRBO listing in Naples, Florida. It is a very lovely condo; spacious, clean and well equipped. The grounds are well kept and pool area is superb! The location is not far from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hosts were friendly, easy to contact and always replied to a query immediately. Definitely recommend staying here.

Vacation Paradise

AMAZING! If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is it! This is a wonderful Condo. You can walk to the resort-style pool, are minutes from the beautiful Naples beaches and there is fine dining at every corner. This Condo has it all. If you are more of a stay at home type, the Condo has an enjoyable home-style feel with wonderful furnishings. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. The owners are delightful to work with and genuinely cared that we arrived safely and enjoyed our stay. You can't ask for more. We can't wait to return.

Too Quick

Falling Waters is a great place to stay compared to any of the other condo developments in the area. The pool is more like a resort than a community pool where we met many friendly people. The condo that we rented for the month of March was well kept, very clean and included many amenities. The location was only steps away from the pool and on the 1st floor which made it very nice also. It also had a outdoor kitchen that we used a couple of times a week. The only negative thing I could say about the month is that our stay there went by Too Quick! We will definitely return to Falling Waters in the future!!

The best condo in Falling Waters

This was our second time we stayed in Bob's beautiful condo. The condo is very clean and stocked with items such wax paper and spices that helps you avoid buying these items. There was a problem with the AC upon our arrival, there was an attempt to repair it but in the end a new unit was required. Bob and his team were very responsive and courteous and the new AC unit was installed and everything was great. The good news is that the AC will not be an issue for any renter in the future. The condo is one of the closest to the beautiful pool, less than a two minute walk. We totally enjoyed our month vacation. Bob the owner really added to our satisfaction because of his quick response and courteous mannerism. We will be returning in the near future. Bill & Sue Allison

Preis Leistung sehr gut.Wir haben uns in der geräumigen,großen Ferienwohnung wirklich vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wohlgefühlt.Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer tollen Anlage mit einer sehr schönen Poolanlage.Besoners die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top.Es ist ein kurzer Fußweg zur Poolanlage.

Great place to stay!
