This unit includes stainless appliances, 18,000 Btu AC in living room, and a portable 6000 Btu AC in the bedroom. This will cool you down. New double pane windows and sliding door that keeps this unit very quiet. Washer & Dryer in unit. Includes Beach chairs, umbrella, Cooler & other beach gear.

Maui Vista Resort is centrally located in sunny Kihei directly across the street from very popular Charley Young beach. It's a beautifully landscaped property with all the amenities you'll need right on the property; Pools, BBQ's, Tennis courts and Free Parking.

Well, my condo is a little different. It's fun! Just walk out the lanai, across the street to the beach. The pool is right out the door and across the grass, but you will still enjoy your privacy and quiet with the new double pane windows and 18,000 BTU AC in the living room and a portable 6000 BTU AC in the bedroom. We're on the bottom floor so you don't have to take an elevator or stairs to get to your unit and conveniently located to nearby pools, BBQ's and tennis courts.
