Live the Florida lifestyle sitting by the beautiful pool or within close distance to all Florida has to offer- theme parks, shopping, etc. Beautiful ceramic tile in living area and granite countertops in the kitchen. The master bedroom is on first floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor. The four other bedrooms are decorated with vacation living in mind. The two kids rooms are decorated with two Florida theme park themes. One is Harry Potter themed and the other Disney themed. Vacation close to all theme parks with Disney less than 15 minutes away and Universal just 25 minutes away. You are minutes away from shopping on 192 with a full array of restaurants and sure to find a taste for everyone in mind. Come share our home and make this home your home while enjoying the all that Florida has to offer.

Great location

This home is close to Disney in a gated community. Anthony was very helpful from booking to check in. You will not be disappointed in staying in this beautiful home. The layout of the home and furnishings were perfect for a large family. The pool and hot tub is a real plus. One of the best VRBO homes I've stayed in. Thank you.

Absolutely Wonderful

Our stay over the holiday was absolutely wonderful. I do have to start off with Anthony was so very helpful with my questions or concerns he is a wonderful host! I would give him 10 stars just for being amazing. The house is huge and beautiful! The weather was a little chilly so we were excited about the pool.The pool is large and heated. The hot tub is large and has jets it is so relaxing.I had a question and the property manager responded immediately.

Golf trip

Six of us went on an extended weekend golf trip. The place was centrally located from where we golfed. Although we did not spend time at house except to sleep, it was very spacious. We all like to have our own beds this provided that plus a place to sit and watch tv after golf if needed. Very clean and everyone says the beds were comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Perfect location for a disney trip, this lovely home had everything we needed. We had a great family trip. We all loved the pool and hot tub after coming home from the parks. The house is close to all the Disney Parks and not too far from Universal and Sea World (30 to 40 min depending on traffic) We even drove to Busch Gardens. The kids loved Universal and Busch Gardens the best. You will not have any issues staying at this property!

Great house, location and helpful owner

We had a great holiday staying at the villa which was very well equipped and beautifully clean. It is in a lovely location and great for popping down to Publix at the local Berry town centre, we also enjoyed eating out at iHop and Applebees there. When we had a minor issue, our host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was fantastic and we had a brilliant holiday, thank you!

Amazing Vacation Home

I was so happy when we arrived it was clean and roomy. A master downstairs with a nice bathroom, a master upstairs along with 3 other rooms. 5 bedrooms total 3.5 bath. The best was the private pool and hot tub we got to enjoy every night. It was located just 20 min from all of disney craze. But best of all the property owner was always available and very helpful with any questions. I told them plwnty of times. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We will be back!!!

Wow!

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Our stay couldn’t have been more wonderful. The first thing my kids said when we walked in the door was “it smells so good in here”. That was just the start of all the amazing features that awaited us. The house was beautifully decorated and CLEAN. All the little things that hosts ordinarily don’t think about were covered—from dishwasher pods to extra shampoo to aluminum foil. Light switches were labeled. We loved the pool and hot tub. It felt very secluded even though we could sometimes hear neighbors talking. Both Disney and Universal were an easy drive away. The secure gate made us feel safe and protected. I really can’t recommend this property enough and we would absolutely stay again if in the area. Anthony checked on us several times and immediately offered any assistance we might need. My only complaints were that the bed in the master is softer than I prefer (but that’s such a personal subjective thing) and that parking was a tight squeeze. Oh, and that we couldn’t stay forever. If you are considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it.

We are the Pagnotta family. We live in Colorado where we work but spend our free time in Florida. We are parents to 5 wonderful children with a love for Florida. We purchased this home after testing our first VRBO rental years ago. We hope to bring the same happiness we experienced to others because we know it is important to feel at home when you are away from home.

We are close to all amusement parks with a range of businesses to help make any trip convenient. We are in a gated community with access to a clubhouse with workout equipment or just relax with your own private pool and jacuzzi. This is where we vacation and we have tried to make this home an easy transition for those on vacation because we know the feeling of being away from home. It is important to feel at home where ever you are staying.

The home has its own pool and Jacuzzi area which always makes that a exciting for families. We are close to all amusement parks and an hour away from some beautiful beaches. The area is also full of exciting night life and great restaurants.
