Gulf Side Property - $ 500 semanas de noviembre y diciembre de reservar ahora!

Sunset Paradise es un pequeño complejo de 17 unidades en la playa. La Unidad 8 está en el edificio más pequeño (# 2) al costado del complejo, con una vista lateral de la playa. Hay estacionamiento para dos autos en la parte delantera de la unidad. La unidad tiene estacionamiento cubierto debajo, por lo que hay escaleras de acceso a la unidad.

El complejo alberga una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje, junto con una gran barbacoa de gas: puede caminar desde el área de la piscina directamente a la playa, una playa maravillosa para familias o parejas por igual. Disappointed

This is not near the beach. The place need work. You have to strip the sheets off the bed before leaving and only stayed one night and we won’t have if we had another place to stay. We went to eat and couldn’t even get a cheeseburger on a Monday night. Won’t be staying here again.

nice, but moldy ceiling in 1 besroom closet and other obvious water spot issues

clean and more than acceptable for our purpose..view is NOT of pool/ocean as pics appear to be from other building..parking lot view..unit could stand some touch ups as front door rusty and large gaps under door doorwhich could allow bug entry

Great location! We loved that there were two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. Easy access to the beach.

Can't beat the location!

Great location!! Ample beach supplies, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Cleanliness was ok, it is not very updated, but price reflects that. This property is on the beach but there is not a gulf view, but it's pretty darn close! Loads of restaurants to walk to. Our absolute favorite is about a block and a half-Cafe de Paris! No dishwasher which was a little odd. Things were left in fridge, which was helpful but actually kind of odd and no shampoo or bath soap which I found odd as well, first time I forgot shampoo! Oh well. Not sure we'd stay again.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description were accurate. We were on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the quiet parking lot. The place was clean and worked fine for 4 people. Each BR had its own bathroom which we loved. The host and cleaning person were prompt responding and helpful. We are considering staying here again. 👍

We Enjoyed our stay, the location is central to many towns, the area is quiet. Not many kids on the property which we enjoyed.

IRB

Great location right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature. Check in was easy and no problems through our stay. The condo is a bit dated but we were there to enjoy the beach, not the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the beach

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was available. A washer and dryer were right downstairs (bring your quarters - $1.00 to wash and $0.75 to dry if I recall correctly. I had to raid my kids wallet for change haha). Super quick walk to the water, and we enjoyed having the pool option as well. We were able to walk a few blocks for ice cream which made my son quite happy.

Awesome location to the beach and pool and in walking distance to great restaurants

This was a great place to stay with a pool and hot tub and super close to beach!! We had a nice relaxing time and great communication with owner and property manager.

Great Location

Property was in a great location short walks to just about everything Excellent private very close beach access Excellent pool and hot tub It could have used some updated items such as real beach chairs and a quality umbrella also some better pots and pans for the kitchen as we did not plan on eating out only a couple times

Have stayed at this property every year since 2006. The condo was perfect for my husband and my self. Well equiped and extremely comfortable. I would stay in this unit again.

Fantastic place to stay.

This location was perfect. So many great restaurants all within walking distance.(Guppy’s, Keegan’s, TJs ) The beach access was perfect and the pool and hot tub were also perfect. The bus was so convenient to ride to Clearwater or St Pete, or anywhere in between. The unit was very spacious for our family and was exactly as described. Loved the balcony. The red tide was a little difficult on some days, but did not discourage us to much. Would definitely would stay here again!!! We had a fantastic week in paradise

Great Spot

This was our first visit to this area, and we thought it was great! This part of the community was especially appealing, because it was fairly quiet. The apartment was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful, and the pool was a perfect temperature. I'd highly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay!

We had an absolute great experience with this property. It was a fantastic location. The condo met all of our needs and was well kept. The beach and pool are right though a short path from the stairs to the condo. The pool was in great shape and clean. We enjoyed being able to grill on the pool deck. The pool deck had a ton of chairs that were in great shape wrapped around the entire deck for great sun exposure. We were able to cook our meals easily in each night. We had almost everything we needed including pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. The owners were communicating if questions were asked. We will be back.

Comfortable Unit with Partial Ocean View

This was a neat older condo with partial ocean view. There are newer units on site but this unit carries the older Florida vibes. We loved the spa and pool and there's easy private access to the beach. Parking is in front of the unit's garage with easy fit our two vehicles. There's a flight of stairs you may wish to know about as you bring your stuff and groceries upstairs. The location of this unit is idea! Easy walking distance to several eateries and short drive to other shopping or eateries. You are just steps from the private pool and beach access. Overall, the unit was super comfortable for our group of four. The place was spacious for the two bedrooms, the living room very inviting with beachy theme. It was clean and well stocked with basics. There's a laundry room on site for pay so bring some quarters. We fully took advantage of their coffee pot, kitchen stuff, full size refrigerator, beach chairs/stuff, and balcony throughout our stay. Communications with the host were quick. I appreciated their clear directions for the units security, Wi-Fi, and contacts in the check in email and again on the fridge. We loved the area and would book this again when in the area.

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.

This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.
