This first-floor walk up has been remodeled and is waiting for you! This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with high quality beds and furniture. You are about 50 steps from the beautiful white sands of Clearwater Beach. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishware and silverware you could need. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.

This is a cozy and immaculate 28 unit condo complex. It also features a heated pool for you and your family to enjoy. There are 2 large gas grills by the pool. There is free private parking under the building to keep your vehicle cool.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys and towels to complete your day at the beach. The Clearwater Beach area offers so many different activities for you and your family to enjoy. You are steps from the sugary white sands of Clearwater Beach. Most attractions are accessible by walking or taking the Jolley Trolley. There are also multiple dining options ranging from beach fare to fine dining all within walking distance.

Great Time

This place was perfect. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Also the location on the beach was lovely. Not over crowded. Could easily walk everywhere. The host was just as amazing. Highly recommend.

Great place that's really close to the beach. Lots of room for a rainy day which we had. Close to lots of things. Really loved the soft, soft sand, the beach and all the beautiful seashells. Heather very helpful and responsive to our requests. Would stay there again,

Everything you need for the beach

Extremely clean. Such an easy walk to the beach, with tons of toys for kids. A brand new park across the street as well. Pool was also great and not busy!

Perfect Place

Came to town with friends for sun and relaxation. The condo is in a perfect location - walking distance to restaurants and just steps from the beach. The condo is just as described. Has all of the necessities for inside and the beach, is clean, and just the perfect size for 4 adults.We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. Heather was very responsive with any questions and a pleasure to work with.

60th Bday with the besties

Everything about this stay was seamless! The property’s facilities and location were perfect. We all grew up in Clearwater so we come back here often. This is the first time we stayed with Heather and it was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great location, everything you need

Just steps from the beach, so everyone could come and go all day long. Quiet neighborhood. House had all the amenities you could need, we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner! The locker had all the beach necessities - coolers, umbrellas, chairs, tons of water and sand toys, wagon, beach bags. We didn't need to buy a thing except food. All appliances, entertainment center, lights, internet actually worked. Toiletries well stocked.

40th birthday trip

We just checked out this morning after a 4 night stay with our brother in law and sister in law for my husband’s birthday. The listing for this condo and the reviews that accompany it are 100% accurate. The beds were SO comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck so we could see and hear the beach. We were within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and bars. The outdoor storage closet has EVERYTHING you need for a day at the beach for adults or kids if it’s a family trip. Every morning we’d load up one of the provided coolers in the wagon, grab a couple of chairs and umbrellas and head down to the beach for the day. The pool was perfect to hop in after a long day at the beach before getting ready for dinner. The property and the condo itself were both immaculate and well maintained. Heather was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay and that we had all that we needed. We will absolutely be coming back here again! Thank you for the perfect weekend away!!

Perfect Condo

The condo was everything in the description and more. It was the perfect location just steps from the beach and just outside, but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle part of the island. My family prefers to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The hosts have a storage closet with everything you need for the beach and pool. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and was very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

This property had everything we needed for an awesome stay (family of 5) The unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I will also add, we found the master bed to be very comfy! The proximity to the beach was great (2nd building back) probably a 20 second walk. I loved that towels were provided, both beach and bath, along with access to their beach gear. Umbrellas, lots of sand toys, chairs, floats and a wagon to use. They even had an air pump in the unit which was awesome as we forgot to bring ours for our floats. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The host responded promptly when i had a few random questions. Overall, i give this property a 10/10! We would absolutely stay again!

Great!!

It was perfect for our family of 5. Even though we were not ocean front it was still a great view. Porch was shaded the entire time. There was a great selection of restaurants you can walk to. Beach was not crowded the week we were down there. No complaints from my college age kids. Walk the beach every night. It had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cart. Great stay! Would stay again.

Great location. Heather was prompt on any questions I had. The storage unit had ample items for the beach- best we had ever had. Great for families or just adults We didn't need parking, but the parking would be so convenient- right under the unit and protected from sun/rain. Just steps from the sand. Great place to stay.
