Great Stay!

We had a blast in Helen! The property was very clean and we loved the lay out of the house. There is a bed room and bathroom on each floor. Everyone had their own privacy. It is a short drive, about 7 minutes, to all of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again!

Rosen Retreat did not disappoint

Rosen retreat is a beautiful cabin set in an amazing setting. Whilst it felt secluded it was very accessible. Lots to do in the area but we also enjoyed staying at the cabin, relaxing in the hot tub or warming up around the fire.

Hideaway Above Helen

This was our annual post Christmas family trip. The house was perfect for three couples. Everyone had their own king size bed and full bathroom. The house was even decorated for Christmas which was such a nice touch. It was very clean. Our only issue was that the master bedroom bed was REALLY hard. We didn't get to enjoy all the amenities of the house because it rained the whole time but loved having a fireplace and a hot tub.

2023 Octoberfest Motorcycle Trip

The property was absolutely amazing. Our party continually commented on how well thought out everything was concerning dishes and accessories. Everything we could have asked for was there. We had 3 adult couples staying and the 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

BEST place we've ever stayed!

We were overly impressed with the cleanliness and preparedness of this property, upon entering. The location of the home felt quiet in the wooded subdivision, while being so close to downtown Helen. The neighbors were very friendly-even the bear! The cost of this rental home was very affordable for the amenities. Our family greatly enjoyed staying here, and the management/owners were a plus.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had the best weekend in Helen. We love visiting this town. This home was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean. Check-in process was simple and stress free along with checking out. The community is beautiful and we felt very safe. It was peaceful and relaxing. We ended our night with a fun family ping pong tournament. I highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving Time

We recommend this place to anyone. Very spacious and beautiful. Love the many kitchen amenities and the family had much fun playing ping pong downstairs. Thank you David and Laura for allowing us to use your home for the holidays.

Parking issue

Was informed only 3 vehicles allowed. The pad was not large enough for 3 vehicles and no posted place for 3rd vehicle. The neighbors took pictures of the one vehicle parked on grass and sent hoa. Got a knock on door to infoyus we had to move it and where. Would be helpful if it were marked or in info at home.

Lovely home with great ammenties!

Beautiful 3BR/3BA home with plenty of space. Stayed with 2 other couples and it was nice for us all to have our own bathroom. The home was very clean as was the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. The bedrooms had nice bedding and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again, wish we had longer to enjoy it than just the weekend!

Wonderful Place

Such a nice property! It was so comfortable and inviting. Actually, the pictures do not do it justice. The road is windy, so I would not recommend traveling here in snowy or icy weather.

Wonderful cabin!

Rosen retreat was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean! It was close to town, but being in the Innsbruck resort, it was really quiet and we were away from all of the hustle and bustle of town making it a very peaceful place to stay! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect retreat from the craziness of city life

This cabin came well supplied with things you normally have to run to your nearest Walmart to pick up. And visitors should be keep in mind that your going for a nature retreat, not a stay at the Ritz. You should expects the occasional spider and other creatures. But nothing out of the ordinary when camping. They keep the place VERY tidy. We cannot wait to go back. And I haven't even mentioned how great the town of Helen is. You will have a wonderful time and come back refreshed. I personally started to consider buying a place there myself and take advantage of the remote work options I've been offered. It was that good.
