This gorgeous condo is located in a quiet section of Ocean City, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. It is close to 34th street bridge, 34th St. playground, Acme, Wawa, and numerous eateries. It is also within biking distance of the boardwalk (10 blocks). The Ocean City trolley runs on this street from 5 pm till midnight for a small fee.

3313-15 Central shares a driveway with beachfront property and has the same spectacular ocean views as a beachfront, but is half the price. With no streets to cross, you are steps from the beach (about 30 feet). Because you are not directly on the beach, you will not have towering dunes blocking your view of the ocean. Each unit has ocean views, too, and there is a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Ocean City and neighboring Atlantic City and Sea Isle City. Perfect Getaway for the Entire Family

Russ was a great host! It was so nice to be able to have both my dog and my nephew there. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed the large sectional to have a movie night! Highly recommend!!!

OCNJ Family Vaca in pet friendly house

First family vacation in OCNJ in ten years and it did not disappoint! We had 7 adults, and one toddler. House was in great shape, comfortable furniture and close proximity to beach, shops, and playground. Cherry on top was being able to bring our dogs!

Amazing Stay, Great Location in Ocean City

This amazingly located top-floor unit was the perfect stay for my family as we enjoyed a four-day trip to Ocean City. Six adults and one dog couldn't have asked for a better spot: 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a family-owned bakery, and a short drive to the famous boardwalk. Plenty of sleeping options made for a comfortable stay for all of us. Parking was easy too, with spots in front of the property on the street, as well as room in the driveway for two cars. We would 100% consider renting again and highly recommend for a similar stay to ours.

This was our third year staying at 3315 Central. There were some great upgrades since last year in the bathrooms. We love the location and the close proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, parks, and the boardwalk.

Excellent Location

My friends and I came down for the weekend and could not have been happier with this house. The location was excellent. One block from the beach, close to all other attractions and very low key. The owners are great, they respond to all emails and phone calls, and offered a great deal for such a nice house. I recommend using Russell for vacation spots to anyone, they will take care of you.

The beach house was in a great location. The flat needed to be cleaned better. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and the shower curtain was too short. The love seat in the family room was basically broken. Besides that the flat was great.

Our Family of 9 & 2 dogs were quite comfortable in this spacious home. Awesome views from the roof top deck. Short walk to the beach made going back & forth easy. Kitchen was well stocked however I was glad I brought bakeware. The listing was clear that I should bring pillows & blankets which took up a lot of space in our vehicle. When we arrived all the bedrooms had pillows & blankets. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location but you need to bring everything with you

Great location. One block from the beach and five minute walk to basketball, tennis, playground, Wawa, CVS, supermarket. The place did not provide bed linens, towels or pillows (this fact was noted in the description but was an irritating factor to our stay ) Usually this type of rental includes a starter kit of essentials however there were too few cups and silverware, and no toilet paper, paper towel, sponges, laundry detergent, dish soap, tissues or napkins. Some of the dishes and silverware were sticky with food material left on them.

Worst rental ever

I caution ANYONE to rent this property! While the location is excellent, the property is dirty, with dated, broken, worn furniture (example: the kitchen chairs were covered in protective plastic that was ripped and scratched anyone seated on the chair) and the most disgusting moldy smell throughout the condo. After exploring the condo we found several sources of the horrible odor, including mold along both shower doors, standing water on the porch, moldy rugs on the porch and bathroom rugs that were left to dry in the washer. The condo was filthy, from the gritty floors to the dirty furniture on the porch to the inch wide black line under the rim of the toilets. We could not use the porch the entire visit due to the overwhelming smell from the standing water and moldering rug. There was no vacumn cleaner in the property; I texted the owner to please furnish a vacuum so I could clean up the sand in every room. He never responded, but hours later a cleaning crew showed up unannounced, pounding on the door. My son was on a remote business call (it was 3:00 in the afternoon on a Thursday) so asked them to come back later; they responded that they could "do it now or not at all". The next day a vacuum cleaner was left at the front door, thankfully. I sent pictures of the dirt and mold in the bathrooms to the owner during the visit, but he never responded. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Location and pet friendly are the only positives for this property

First, I'm thankful to VRBO owners for opening up their homes to us. While we overall enjoyed our family vacation in OCNJ, this property shows visible signs of neglect - We had to replace the master bath shower liner due to mold; the handle on sliding glass door that leads to back deck was hanging on by a thread and came off track when opening; the carpet in living area was covered in pet hair; multiple lamps throughout property were missing light bulbs. The pictures of the property are outdated. The garage is shared with lower unit tenants - we frequently returned to the property to find the garage doors open leaving our bikes and beach chairs, etc vulnerable to theft. You're paying for location only.

Perfect Location

This was a great place, only steps from the beach. The neighborhood is peaceful with restaurants and stores close by. The only disappointment was the lack of cooking dishes. It is a great place for a family with young kids, as the playground is a block away. We will definitely be booking again!

Great location

The house was only a few houses down from the beach and was very easily accessible. The house was spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this home.
