Welcome to my renovated 2 bedroom condo near Davis Square and Tufts University. This entire, sunny, 2nd floor home is fully furnished, with all the housing essentials ready for your stay. Easy access to downtown Boston and situated only 1 mile from Davis Square. Whether you're working from home or out on the go, this house compliments all walks of life. Features include a renovated kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, gas range, microwave, french door fridge, ionizing water filter, newer cabinet and granite counter tops. Other features include high speed internet, high quality beds, lines, mattresses and pillows, an updated bathroom with great water pressure, IN-UNIT Laundry and an open concept kitchen/living design that creates a heavenly atmosphere that's perfect for cooking, relaxing or working from home. One can also benefit from the outdoor space which includes a front porch, a back enclosed porch (with extra sitting area), hammocks and outdoor deck. There's a 55" smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HB0 ready) and ample on-street parking right outside the front door. The vibe of the house is relaxed and inviting and I try to create greatest short term rental experience possible. If you need any recommendations or help during your stay, I'm always around to offer what I can.

Best host ever!

Our stay in Medford was everything we hoped for. The apartment was clean, comfortable, equiped with all we needed and close to the green line, good restaurants, and shopping. Andrew the host went above and beyond to ensure that we were having a great stay. He made check in and out very easy, and communicated often. Would recommend highly!
