This spectacular waterfront villa in the coveted South Beach area of Sea Pines has been redecorated with attention to detail. It is at once relaxed and luxurious.

The foyer leads into the living room that reveals the dining room and kitchen, making for an open, inviting floor plan, perfect for gathering friends and family. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer for added vacation convenience. Also on the first floor is a half-bath.

Sliding glass doors open to reveal the majestic view of Braddock Cove, with indigenous shore birds, marsh grasses and calm waters that combine to create a picture-perfect Lowcountry waterscape. And a nearby dock is accessible for crabbing and fishing.

Upstairs are two bedrooms including the master, this restful retreat holds a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and overlooks the waters of the Cove below. Great place to stay on Hilton Head

The photos dont do this home justice at all. The home was beautifully kept, staged nicely and in the one of the most tranquil areas weve stayed on the island. You are withun walking distance to the Salty Dog, and the beach. Great walking and biking paths nearby. The entire area was quiet and we ebjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening watching the jumping fish and the burds. We even saw a few deer outside the window in the evening. Great place to stay.

Relaxing stay at South Beach

This townhouse was a perfect quick getaway for my daughter and me. Greg was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. Although the weather didn't cooperate, it was so relaxing to watch the pelicans from the back porch.

Closing out 2024

Fantastic quick get away weekend to put a close to 2024. It was a tough year so we wanted to finish 2024 on a happy note in our favorite place to visit. We love HHI and can’t wait to visit again! Great time to just reset our buttons and start 2025 off right.

Weekend Stay

The location was perfect!! The villa was really nice. I would feel blessed to own this place... It's a shame that so many pet owners allow their pets to make messes - making it harder to find pet friendly rentals. I would consider returning in the future. Thanks!

Great location! Minutes walk to Ocean and Salty Dog! Really comfortable beds! Clean inside. Owner was very responsive to questions and flexible on checkin and checkout times. Harbor view beautiful. Good value!

Could use a deep clean and updating

We walked in and immediately noticed an overwhelming smell of urine. The upstairs carpet had huge dog urine stains. The owner sent his cleaning crew out. Unfortunately, they only brought air freshener. The property itself has an amazing view and the location is great. However, it desperately needs a deep clean and updating.

Great visit to HH and enjoyed our stay at Lagoon Villas. George was quick to respond to questions & check-in was a breeze. If you are traveling with a fur baby, this is an excellent choice! Multiple paths to the beach from this area make beach access super easy. Within walking distance to several restaurants on the water by the South Beach Marina. We will definitely be back!

Incredible views in the best location on Hilton Head Island!

George was an incredible host and you'll be thrilled with his home which is nature's peaceful haven. Have a cup of coffee on the back deck watching dolphins play in the water and listen to birds chat with one another. George has all the amenities you need to never leave if you'd like and yet it's close enough to walk or bike to restaurants if you enjoy a dinner out. You'll definitely need a car for this escape from the world but it is a delightful location to find peace, relaxation or even work remotely. We can't wait to go back!

Exceptional location and host! Clean and comfortable accomodations.

Beautiful views of the lagoon with access to fishing dock, kayaking and paddleboarding. Lovely morning coffee on the 2 decks and evening sunset dinners. Easy access to quiet beaches on bikes. Easy walk to Salty Dog Cafe for wonderful dinners, ice cream, pizza and shopping. We biked or walked everywhere! Comfortable beds and great kitchen with water views and large table with seating for 6. George is a wonderful, responsive and gracious host. Thank you!

Fantastically Convenient & Tranquil Location

We had a great stay over the Memorial Day Weekend. This condo is located within a 3-minute walk from Salty Dog Cafe and the bike rental shop and about a 5-minute walk to beach access #11. Once we arrived, we only got in the car once during our stay to head to the Lawton Stables for a trail ride which we could have rode our bikes to but it was a particularly humid day and we were wearing pants for the horse ride and didn’t want to be miserable on the horses with wet clothes. I would highly recommend this end unit, waterfront condo to anyone looking great access to the beach, restaurants and endless bike trails.

Nice Pet Friendly Place - Great Location

Nice pet friendly unit in South Beach that is close to the beach, Salty Dog and bike rentals. The back patio has a great view of the sound with comfortable seating. We enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was great.

Last-minute weekend beach getaway!

We decided very last minute to try to run to the beach for the weekend. This unit was available, and was located in a part of the island I had peddled to but never stayed in. We reached out and the owner responded immediately. He let us know up front that there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and that a service technician was scheduled for Saturday, and he offered us a discount for the trouble. This did not interfere with our plans so we accepted. We arrived very late Friday night to find a condo that was much more spacious than we anticipated. We awoke Saturday morning to a beautiful sunrise over the lagoon as seen from the master bedroom balcony. The pictures on the website don't do it justice! Just beautiful and so quiet! We spent the morning on the beach at The Sea Pines Beach club then came home to rest and shower. The cable guy came and we were able to get the Wi-Fi setback up again. The owner was accessible for communication throughout the process. We watched a movie through the evening thunderstorm then walked to the South Beach access for some sunset pictures. Just beautiful. Sunday morning we walked back to South Beach and enjoyed a nearly empty beach to ourselves. The condo was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was very accommodating. He even let us arrange for a late checkout so we were able to spend the entire morning on the beach on checkout day. This is a nice place and I would stay here again. Next time I might bring a fishing pole!
