Sumptuous apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned, (work completed June 2024) in a beautiful Parisian building, extremely well located halfway between the Marais, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires.
Elegant, spacious, bright, fully equipped, quality furniture, decorated by renowned professionals, my accommodation combines luxury and modernity and is ideal for a successful stay in the capital with family or friends.
120 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator which includes:
- Air conditioning throughout the apartment
- Wifi TV
- 1 large living room with sofa bed, armchair and coffee table
- 1 dining area with a beautiful dining table and chairs for 8 people
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, 4-burner induction hob, oven with microwave option, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer option)
- Bedroom 1: queen size bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) TV
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed TV
- Bedroom 3: Master Room queen size bed, adjoining bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet, dressing room and office area
- 1 independent bathroom with shower and sink
- 1 separate toilet
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
