Lannie's and Marley's is an adorable 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home on the Intracoastal Waterway. Newly Renovated in 2022. Steps from the Pelican Club and all the popular restaurants of the Inlet District. Perfect location for guests in town for a wedding at the Pelican Club or Jupiter Beach Resort. Lannie’s Cottage and Marley’s Surf Shack are uniquely laid out offering two separate spaces in one. Lannie's Cottage has been updated with a new kitchen, all new furnishings from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and Serena and Lily. The 1950's cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms that include two king beds and two extra-long twin beds finished with Pottery Barn linens to ensure a great night's sleep. The terrazzo floors and the retro pink and green bathrooms represent a bit of nostalgia blended with today's modern conveniences. The cottage has a living room and a family room each with a large flat-screen smart tv and an indoor and outdoor bar so that you can enjoy your favorite cocktail. Attached to Lannie's Cottage is Marley's Surf Shack. With its own separate entrance, it's perfect for extended family or friends to share. Marley's is a throwback with a retro laid-back feel that is decorated with quality furnishings with a modern 70's vibe. The two-bedroom space has one king and one queen bed, a living room with a large screen smart tv, an efficiency-type kitchen, and one full bath. Lannie's and Marley's share a beautiful backyard that is landscaped to feel like a tropical oasis. In the morning, sip your coffee under the covered patio while enjoying the views on the Intracoastal. In the evenings, sit back and relax on the Adirondack chairs and take in the captivating sunsets. On chilly night, warm up around the wood burning fire pit. Two outdoor park-style grills are provided on the property for a family barbeque. Kayak from your backyard using our two complimentary kayaks. Located right in the center of it all. Walk to all the popular restaurants and bars; Guanabanas, Utiki, Jetty's, Square Grouper, Topside, Lucky Shuck, Charlie and Joe's, Schooners, 1000 North, and The Pelican Club. Visit the local coffee shop, ice cream shop, mini-golf, or Blue Line Surf Shop just across the street. Walk or bike to the beach located just one mile to the south. Harbourside and Publix Grocery are just around the corner. Burt Reynolds boat park, located one mile from the house, is very convenient with easy access in and out of the water. There is ample parking for you to park your boat and trailer in the front yard. Lannie's Cottage and Marley's Surf Shack are truly unique and we are very excited to share this one-of-a-kind property with our renters. You simply can not beat the location. Beautiful Home, Prime Location

Lannie’s and Marley’s is a gem. Both spaces are beautifully designed with lots of comfortable areas and a beautiful outdoor area. The location is ideal; easily walkable to the beach and great restaurants, and a short drive to other Jupiter attractions. Leayne was an impeccable host, welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Gathering Place

We were in Jupiter for my niece's wedding at the Pelican Club and Lannie's place was the perfect location and a wonderful place to chill after the wedding festivities. We stayed with our adult children and their girlfriends (a total of 7 of us), and it was so nice that they could have their own space in the Surf Shack.The photos don't do it justice. There really is a decent amount of space for a large group. And the backyard is absolutely beautiful. We just wish we had more time just to chill and enjoy the view. We did use the fire pit after the wedding which was so nice. And we always enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house is pretty well stocked as far as the kitchen basics, and the kitchen had all of the pans and utensils we needed. The house is in walking distance of several great restaurants - we frequented Guanabanas quite often! Before arriving, we were a little concerned that the home is tucked behind a boat storage lot, but you can barely tell it is there, and it is a very safe area. We did run into a couple of hiccups during our stay, but the owners were quick to take care of everything. Even when the Wi-Fi went out in the surrounding community, they offered to let our adult son use their office to complete his work. My only suggestion is if you are there for a wedding, you may want to bring an extra mirror. We had a lot of women getting ready at once, so we could have used one more mirror in the Surf Shack. We definitely hope to return soon!

Fantastic property

This home exceeds all expectations!!! First the owner doesn’t miss a detail! She is in close contact at all times and has equipped this property with everything you might need and more! The home is clean and well appointed. The decorations are just perfect. The grounds are soo pretty too. We didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. Don’t hesitate to rent this spectacular home!

Great spot, great host!

The property was perfect for our family wedding in the area. With five bedrooms, we were able to host our entire family, including grandchildren. The location was central everything for our event and even much more. The park, The ice cream shop, the coffee shop, putt putt, golf, the beach, and everything else.

Amazing house and hosts!

My family and I stayed here for my brother’s wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for an incredible weekend. Our host was extremely attentive, communicative, and nice. She was very accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The side house was super convenient and spacious. The house was extremely comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the outside area and fire pit. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay xx

Girls trip!

Awesome property! Located in a great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kayaks and access to the water were so easy and so enjoyable! Loved the outdoor spaces as well - bar, dining table and fire pit with outdoor seating made it so comfortable to take advantage of the great Florida weather. Thank you Leayne!

It was a very well cared for home to stay in. The furnishings and all other necessary and decorative items were well chosen and top of the line. The location to great dining choices and fun activities made entertainment for all ages easy.

Another excellent stay!

This is the second year we rented this beautiful house for our kids and grandkids visit and it did not disappoint! Thankfully the weather was beautiful and did not rain every day like last year! The house is very clean, comfortable, well located and well stocked! Leayne is very accommodating, quick responding and helpful! Thank you for all the treats you left for us! An excellent stay!

Wonderful family gathering at Jupiter

Our family gathered at Lannie’s cottage for a family wedding close by . The house was spacious , beautifully decorated, and the neighborhood was walkable. Lots of restaurants close by. We walked to the beach every day.. The house had everything we needed..

Wedding weekend

We stayed for the week of our daughter’s wedding. The house is well appropriated and was perfect for bridal photos. We enjoyed the kayaks and proximity to restaurants and things! It was perfect!

Exceeded expectations

Bridal family stay. Home met all our needs. Great place for bridal party to prepare for wedding day. Lots of natural light and ample space for wardrobe, makeup and hair styling. Relaxing setting with beautiful water views and sunsets. Host very pleasant and helpful. Decor and housewares top notch. Will return.

Family Christmas

Our large family just stayed for the second time in this property. We love it and plan to come again next year. So many nice areas to get together and visit since it has 2 dens. We also love the outdoor fire pit and the fact it’s in walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and the beach! Leayne is lovely and wants to make sure your stay is perfect! We highly recommend!

Simply the Best!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding. The pictures do not do it justice! We hosted Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and the incredible layout made everyone feel like they had their own space. The location was perfect-near the Jupiter Lighthouse and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants. The host went above and beyond, offering early check-in and late check-out, and consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. The house exceeded our expectations, even better than the pictures! Looking forward to staying here again soon!

Secluded Vacation!

Everything about Leayne’s place is amazing! The house is perfectly secluded, but easily within walking distance to restaurants and coffee and other nearby spots! The kayaks were a great way to enjoy the water. The backyard is huge from a large dining table, high top bar, and a fire pit - we spent equally as much time outside! There was so much space for everyone to be comfortable with sleeping and lounging. This place truly is a gem!! Leayne was also a great host, always easy to get in touch with and has great recommendations!

One of the best rentals of all time

This place is amazing. The place was spotless, there was a ton of room between the main house and surf shack, and everything was well stocked and comfy. The little welcome gifts were a great treat as well. The backyard was perfect for hanging out and for grilling, and the kayaks are a fun touch. The location can't be beat with cool places to walk to to eat, a quick walk to the beach, and short rides to anything you'd need. Leayne was the perfect host, with very clear, quick, and proactive communication. 11/10, would recommend to anyone.
