2 bedroom simple cabin in the heart of Hochatown. The location has excellent parking for pulling boats and other water toys. Conveniently located to so many of the great attractions Hochatown has to offer. Nice covered porch. Patio looks into a wooded area. Located off hwy 259 behind Shoppes at Eagle Ridge. Jetted tub and a stand alone shower. Simple but clean. Brand new flooring. Simple, nothing fancy. Everything you will need to rest, relax and recharge. The space is a small but cozy little cabin located behind The Shoppes at Eagle Ridge Village. On one side there is a RV Park and the other is another cabin. The back of the property is a very thick wooded area. The front of the property looks out to a dirt/ gravel county road that runs behind the shopping center. When it is dry, yes there is dust. It does however set far enough from that road that everything is not covered in dust. I try to list all these things in specifics. There have been a few guest over my 13 years in doing this that didn't realize they would encounter dirt road, dust, lightening bugs and other such insects. You are in a rural setting with many amenities just a short drive away. Some say the best of both worlds. Other things to note Coffee is provided. Towels and linens provided.
This cabin is literally in the heart of Hochatown. Walking distance to The Shoppes at Eagle Ridge. Less than 1/2 mile from the saloon.
The living room has a large sectional if you need a comfy spot to sleep another guest.
Large screen tv in the living room. Bedroom/ master has a tv also. Both TVs are smart TVs.
Everything you will need while in town whether it be for the weekend or a week.

Perfect little spotless cabin tucked away in a little wooded area. We sat on the back porch listening to the small creek rustling alongside the property while enjoying the view of the woods that cover the backyard. Just beautiful. Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Lots to do close by. Highly recommend renting from them.
Cabin had everything you would need, not too much or not too little. The hot tub was very fun and they even had a little grill on the patio for a fun BBQ. Perfect location in close distance to all the local activities. Would stay again!
The cabin had everything we needed. Loved that it was decorated for Christmas and had a grill and hot tub. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay very much! Amy was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!!!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this cabin for our annual Broken Bow trip. The location is perfect for being close to the park as well as local food and dining. The hot tub is a nice touch and works well with decent jets. I do wish the property had a fire pit out back, but visiting during a burn ban so would’ve been prohibited anyways. Overall, we were happy with our stay and will keep it in mind for future trips.
My husband and I enjoyed our trip and the cabin was more than sufficient for our needs. Location was convenient but some noise at night (either RV park next door or business on the road). But for the price, it was great!
We simply needed a "base camp" for a weekend getaway while we explored the area. This cabin was perfect. Very clean, smelled nice (usually the dead give away of poor cleaning,) reasonably priced, and tidy. Neighborhood was safe, but certainly not scenic. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and perfect for my family trip. The host was great, and we had everything that we needed.
Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our eclipse stay.
The property was exactly what we needed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of room to relax. House rules weren't unreasonable (start your towels and dishes and take out the trash as you leave) and I was glad to have found a comfortable place in good shape that welcomed our large (and well behaved) dog.
A bit difficult to locate the place because we arrived well after dark and there were plenty of RVs in the area for the total solar eclipse. A reflective street number sign would have been a blessing. But we can't complain because we really should have arrived earlier in the day.
Very pet friendly, but you should know that there is no fence so don't recommend bringing a dog that doesn't respond well to commands.
Host was very responsive and friendly, though the only time we needed to contact her was to let her know we'd be late, and then to let her know we were leaving early -- both a result of our scheduling flexibility and nothing to do with the quality of our stay.
Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.
Everything was great! We had no issues whatsoever. The cabin was conveniently located and the driveway and parking in front of the cabin was perfect for people who bring a boat.
Amy was great and responded to all of the questions I had before our stay, and she did so very quickly. She also responded almost immediately when I had a couple of quick questions on check out day.
Great stay! Hot tub was lovely and the cabin was super cute! When returning to hochatown oklahoma, we will be staying again! Next to literally everything in Oklahoma that’s worth seeing!
Clean, comfortable unit. Close to the things we wanted to do. Nice that it had two bedrooms. One issue with unit that was quickly and efficiently corrected.
Easy check in and out. Very clean though needing some minor repairs. Close to local shopping and restaurants, but quiet. No issues with anything, everything worked. Hot tub was great and easy to use, just make sure the air vents are open as well as the water jets. Has Roku and Satellite TV. Would choose again.
Thanks.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Nice view out the back.
Cabin is in a great location! It was very nice and clean all throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils you could possibly need. Stay was very relaxing, I would definitely go back!
This rental was just across the street from, but not within the Beavers Bend State Park. So if you want to save a bit and still be close to park, this is perfect for 1 family. also includes a jacuzzi and grill in back, although we did not try them.
Things to note: No closets (that we could find) or stands to put suitcases on, although there are drawers to place folded clothes in
Also, the house is offset quite bit from Pinyon Road, which itself is a dirt/gravel road, as noted in the ad. From that road, you need to go down another dirt/gravel road to get to the house. It has trees and covered parking for one car, which helps. When looking for the hosue, look for the blue sign with "Simplicity" and you should find it

Not the best
Central location, backyard is small, view of other trailers, did not feel safe. Noisy nights from music in the bar infront of the property. If you're looking for peace or relaxation this isnt for you. Also found cameras in cabin that weren’t in use but made me uncomfortable.
