About the host
Hosted by Nathan Jespersen
My wife Sara and I have been married for over 19 years, have 2 kids, Tori and Ellie. We live in Stillwater and also have a couple of other vacation rentals and businesses downtown. We love our little town and hope you enjoy it as well!
Why they chose this property
Upon looking for another vacation rental in 2021, we stumbled on this 1800’s mixed-use treasure. The Mad Capper, a 42-year-old town staple was definitely a big appeal, but what we discovered above the bar is what really surprised us. The condo, Capper’s Terrace, was renovated by the previous owners in 2009, and as you’ll discover, they spared no expense on the details. The space is as beautiful as it is functional.
We’re are absolutely over the moon to now have such a historic piece of downtown Stillwater, and we’re excited to get to share it with you.
What makes this property unique
Where to start? The top deck river and downtown views (Fireworks, Sunrises, and Sunsets), the spacious and modern aesthetic, easy access to all the wonderful aspects of Stillwater…the list goes on! We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have.
