Stay right on the lake!

Winter note: garage parking is not possible due to boat storage. 2 cars fit in driveway plus street parking.

Summer note: bringing your own boat MAY be possible but before you reserve, please ask if your boat will be able to be accommodated based on size

Stay at an updated home with lakefrontage. Float, fish and/or enjoy other water activities. Enjoy the beautiful view. Pack light because there is a washer and dryer available.

Located within walking distance of several restaurants and downtown shopping.

1 king bed, 2 queens, and 1 twin xl – 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and two are up. A spectacular view of Lake Winneconne from the 2nd floor bedroom. Bedding is provided.

Bathrooms both have walk-in showers (no tub), tile floors, towels, and blow dryers.
Kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and small appliances like toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, etc. Great view of the lake when at the kitchen table. Living room offers great views of the lake with a gas fireplace and TV. Dry bar has some glassware, bottle opener, wine opener, and wine glasses.

Beautifully Appointed & Inviting

In Winneconne for our son’s wedding, we couldn’t have found a better rental. Taura’s Lakefront rental is beautifully appointed, inviting and comfortable and located ideally for everything and anything in Winneconne.

Relaxing home by the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house, the home was just as listed. Host was responsive and helped with finding some items for a day trip. Nice quiet neighborhood, perfect for enjoying the lake vibe.

Peaceful Retreat!

Looking for an extremely clean, well stocked home with countless recreational opportunities? This is it! Traveling from St. Louis to tour Lambeau Field, I wanted to stay in a VRBO, rather than a hotel. In fact, it was actually cheaper and a short 45 minute drive into Green Bay. The host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was supplied and couldn’t have asked for more! If you’re thinking about renting this property, reserve before it’s gone!

Annual fishing trip

Had about 6 of us on our annual bass run fishing trip. One of the lodges messed up our reservations so i immediately booked this beautiful property. Everything was immaculate clean and they are more than accommodating. I can’t wait to book and bring the wife and kids for a week long vacation. Taura is very pleasant to deal with and was Johnny on the spot with any questions we had. 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic location

Even though we had an unfortunately small mishap, caused by 2 of the guests, the stay was fantastic. The location is great; the house is clean; the description accurate; the beds comfy, just an overall good VRBO property! The home owners are responsive. You can rent this property without having to worry. What you see is what you get!! And even more!

The place way lovely but......

We loved our stay here as the place is lovely! Very nicely decorated and a lovely view. Wonderful neighbors as well. Beautiful! Be aware that this is the owners private residence. Meaning, their clothing is in all of the closets so there is not anywhere to hang your clothing. There are some empty drawers, but the owners private things are pretty much through the home. This is not something we have encountered with a VRBO before. There was food still in the fridge and freezer. Things in the bathrooms ect. Having said that it is a wonderful location for a little get away. The location was very nice. The owner is very nice. Unfortunately the bridge is under construction and this also impacted us as we could not enjoy the little town at all. Of course that could not be helped.

Nice and Comfortable

The property is as advertised. Comfortable three bedroom on a lake with a nice view and really modern and updated appliances with plenty of seating space inside and outside. The A/C was solid and the insulation kept things cool when needed. The garage is kind of weird in that it is long not wide which is fine and you can make it work with smaller cars / SUVs. The only thing that I wish was a little more comfortable was the living room area which had what appears to be an older futon and as there was no "real" couch it lacked a certain level of lounging comfort which was a little made up for with the three lazy boy chairs. There weren't enough functional water toys for more than one person to enjoy themselves on the lake at a time, but the deck was nice and they had extra chairs in addition to the sunbathing chaise lounge chairs. The owners were super fast to respond and were very helpful. I would recommend this property if looking for a relaxing lake stay in a smaller town for 4-6 people.

Making Family Memories

Must visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this oasis by the water. Beautiful water property and small town charm makes for a perfect getaway. Cozy up on the couch with a good book, the fireplace burning, and some hot tea for a peaceful night in. My husband caught a large catfish right off the pier!

Another great stay!

This our second time staying at this home and it never disappoints. It’s always one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed in, stocked with everything you’d need, comfortable beds and a great view of the lake! The host was extremely communicative and flexible which is so appreciated! We will be back!

Best cabin stay ever - book this one!!

We stay for a week at a cabin every summer with our three boys, ages 9, 7 and 3, and decided to bring my parents along this year as well. We have never had such an amazing cabin week as we had staying here! The views from the cabin are stunning with lots of birds and fish jumping. The cabin itself is incredibly well appointed. All seven of us stayed quite comfortably. The kitchen had everything I could need, and the quality of the kitchenware was so nice to have while cooking for a larger group. It was also so easy being able to wash laundry throughout the week. My dad brought his fishing boat and we swam, tubed and of course fished. Everyone fished right off the dock as well. Caught lots of fish including bass, pike, catfish, and sheepshead. We visited the local pool, wineries, breweries and restaurants. We spent a day in Green Bay and went to Lambeau Field, as well. This cabin is in a residential setting, but we loved having the small town charm while also being so close to larger metros. I can't think of a single thing to improve upon at this cabin, so if you're hunting for a place you found it! Best cabin week ever!

Winneconne lake property

The property was very clean and has modern appointments, electronics and appliances. It has a perfect view of the lake from both outside and inside the home. While swimming in front of the property is difficult because of weeds, it’s a short boat ride to a popular shallow and sandy area perfect for both kids and adults. We asked for directions at the bait shop which is a five minute walk from the property. The garage is large and can accommodate a long trailer. For larger boats there is a municipal pier nearby with free day docking and $15 overnight docking if needed. Bigger’s Supper Club in town has great food and drinks with reasonable prices. There is a Piggly Wiggly food store and Twik Trip gas and convenience store close by for most of your needs. If the kids want an ice cream, malts, etc “The Well” in town was a great small town treat. For non basic items, Oshkosh is only 15 minutes away. Overall we had a great experience with this property.

We loved it!

I was traveling with my 12 and 13 year old nephews for a Chicago Field Museum/western WI/EAA trip. We stayed at the lake house 5 of the 9 nights. What a treat! The house is absolutely lovely, the boys enjoyed kayaking right off the backyard, and it was very convenient for EAA, yet away from the Oshkosh crowds. We even got to experience a HUGE thunder/lightning storm. Being from CA, those are rare for us and very mild compared to what we got to see. An experience to remember for sure! Our travels through beautiful WI were superb, and having the lake house as or home base for the 2nd half was extra special.
