Welcome to our cabin "Angelus Oaks" located in Pigeon Forge!

Your family will be close to it all in this cabin located just off the Parkway and minutes to Dollywood. Located in Bear Cove Falls Resort, you will experience the beauty of the Smoky Mountains while being close to all the action. This 3 bed/2 bath cabin has dedicated parking for 2-3 vehicles (3 if compact), a fully equipped kitchen, game room, hot tub, covered front porch and back deck for relaxing outside. Additional parking is available at the bottom of the street. Enjoy the shared community pool & fire pit in the summer months.

CABIN RULES:

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code prior to your arrival. Check in anytime after 4pm/ Check out is 10am
No late check-out or early check-in.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 adults. There are 2 queen sleeper sofas for an additional 2 adults or 4 kids.

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, laundry detergent packet, single coffee packet, and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. We have a linen service that provides fresh sheets and 10 towels. Additional blankets can be found in the dresser drawers.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. You will need to take excess trash to a "convenience center".
There are trash drop off convenience centers, the closest location is
447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, it's about a 10 minute drive.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:

Private Hot Tub on back deck:

-Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and set with new chemicals between every guest stay. Therefore on your first night, the hot tub may still be warming up as the water may have been freshly changed. Keeping the cover on will help keep the hot tub hot.

-Please do not attempt to drain or tamper with the hot tub equipment. Report any issues with the hot tub to the owner immediately.

-Do not stand on hot tub cover. A broken hot tub cover can result in an additional $350 replacement fee.

-Please do NOT add any soaps, lotions or substances into the hot tub

Community Pool:
Access to Bear Cove Falls community pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

PacMan Arcade downstairs in game room
Pool Table in game room

★ PETS:
NO PETS allowed

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely No Smoking indoors or on premises

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages. Please report any inoperable/broken amenities to the owner immediately, and every effort will be made to restore function as quickly as possible.

★OWNER'S CLOSET:
There is a locked closet on the second floor in a bedroom, please DO NOT tamper or try to open. If damage is found to this door or if items are missing authorities will be contacted.

★PARKING:
There is designated parking in front of the cabin for up 2-3 cars. No street parking is permitted. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street in a large parking lot.

★ DOLLYWOOD:
Dollywood opens for the Season on Saturday, March 9
