Enjoy a breathtaking view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay, this luxury Condo boasts both comfort and style. King Master BR with TV and attached full bathroom. Bedroom with king-sized bed, TV and access to hallway full bathroom.

Bedroom with Twin/Twin bunkset and a Twin/Double bunkset and TV. Kitchen is fully stocked, dining area seats 8, and the living space is both comfortable and inviting with leather sofas and a TV/DVD/Stereo system. Includes full-size washer and dryer. Linen and towel package included. Use of Condo Amenities, three pools (in season), hot tub, and top-of-the-line gas grills (in pool area). Two parking spaces reserved for unit. No smoking.

Fabulous stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sandbridge. The Sanctuary was wonderful and convenient right off the beach. The condo was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 5 teen/tweens. We will definitely look to go back!

Very clean, great location

We stayed here for a basketball tournament in Virginia Beach. The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and we had so much room. Will definitely pick this place again if in the area.

Sandbridge Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Rick's place. Great view of ocean from the porch and access to beach. would be great in the summer when the pool/hot tub are open! Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Good restaurants nearby. We came for the Airbirds Over the Beach and the property was very convenient. Rick was very responsive. I think the only thing that would help would be a lockbox with the key.

Richard was super flexible, both while booking our reservation and then during our trip. His condo has a nice view of the beach/ocean from the balcony. Comfortable stay. Will stay here again!

Sandbridge Stay During SITW

Perfect distance from the beach and nice getaway spot after festival activities. Bed is super comfy, kitchen was great, balcony has nice view of the ocean. Definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Great Condo, View of Ocean

Overall, this was a great stay. The condo was clean and looked like it had new carpet. We enjoyed a side view of the ocean and were surprised to have one since the condo pics did not show it. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. The checkin was okay, but a little odd. The homeowner met us at a convenient store to get the keys and information, which did not take any more time than waiting in line at a realty office. The plus was we could use a restroom, get gas, and a snack while we were there. We would certainly stay again.

Sandbridge beach condo

The location of the property was so great! Rick, the owner was really nice and attentive when I had a few questions. It was very comfortable but the house cleaner could do a better job. Thank you Rick, for the use of your place.

Excellent first time experience

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The condo was more than adequate for my husband, me, daughter, son in law and 2 grands. An awesome view of the beach/ocean was the cherry on top! The owner was very responsive. We hope to visit again.

Perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time here! Richard was great and met us as soon as we arrived to get the keys. The condo was perfect for us; comfy beds, balcony on point, hot showers with lots of pressure, top of the line washer/dryer which is always a plus, tons of stuff in the kitchen, and my personal favorite- fridge that dispenses purified water so we didn't have to lug up cases of water! The beach was steps away and was amazing (even though it was cold haha). We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip, Richard!!

This property was beautiful! The owner Richard was absolutely wonderful! So helpful!!! The kitchen is fully stocked. My husband left his wallet at the property and the cleaning staff turned it in and me mailed it to us!!!!! Top of the line and honesty! Definitely will be staying there again.

Lovely. The view of ocean and water is beautiful. The condo is comfortable and roomy.

Roomy. Comfortable beds. All the comforts of home, right on the beach. Beachfront location could not be nicer. Close to bay also, as well and pier and great restaurant across the street. The TV in living room did not seem to be working properly, but the one in bedroom was fine. Really liked the Sanctuary condos and hope to return. Sandbridge is great!
