The Broadway Beach House is a vintage treasure located centrally to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer! Only 2 miles from the ocean, the Broadway Beach House is within walking distance to Captain George's Seafood Buffet and Broadway at the Beach.
The Broadway Beach House features 3 bedrooms on the second floor of the home, 2.5 bathrooms, two spacious living rooms for family entertaining (one that has been converted to house a fold-out futon and twin bed for extra sleeping space), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that sits 10 comfortably, a spacious screened in porch for morning coffee and reflection, and 5 Smart TVs situated throughout the home (each with Netflix accessibility).
We are located right across from Legends in Concert, and just minutes to desirable restaurants, Hollywood Wax Museum and so much more!

We are a military family, but native to South Carolina. We fell in love with the Myrtle Beach area after moving there in 2019, and turned our home into a full-time Airbnb when we got stationed in Alabama so other families could make wonderful memories at the Broadway Beach House! We enjoy sharing our home with our guests and are always available to give local recommendations on what to do and see in the nearby area! You could not ask for a more centrally located home to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer!
Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is situated on a quiet street, with friendly neighbors. The home is located directly across from the St. John's Greek Orthodox Church and if you happen to visit while they are hosting their annual Greek festival, we highly recommend you pay them a visit for traditional Greek music, food, and fun! Throughout the year, the church hosts different concerts and activities, so be on the lookout for seasonal happenings within walking distance from the home! Because our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, street parking is acceptable and it's a wonderful area to walk your dog or ride a bicycle.

The Broadway Beach House is unique in that it is located in a quiet area perfect for hosting family vacations, yet central to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer and just minutes to local attractions and restaurants. The large screened in porch is a dream during the spring and fall months for enjoying coffee and reading a good book after a long day at the beach.
