Downtown Sisters Suite - HOT TUB - Dog Friendly

You can't beat the location of this modern 1 bedroom/1 bath guest suite in the heart of Sisters. A 2 minute walk puts you in downtown Sisters with all the shops, restaurants, and events this amazing town has to offer. This suite is also the perfect place for your furry friend with the fenced-in yard and huge park directly across the street. The patio area also has a hot tub and large fire-pit. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful towns in the PNW!

This modern-cabin style guest suite is perfect for 1-4 people plus your furry friend! It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person hot-tub and fire pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit.

Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed and 1 (also very comfortable!) pullout bed. The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is set to a fixed temperature (right around 69 degrees) and is not adjustable. However, if you have any issues with the temperature of the unit please let me know!

**The sleeper sofa (like all sleeper sofas) is not the most comfortable arrangement for adults so please keep this in mind. It is ideal for children though!

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
