Great 3/2 home with a comfy basement on a 3 acre lot. Equipped WIFI access, Smart TVs, a spacious kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and a large rear deck that will make you feel at home. The home is only minutes from both Kennesaw and Lost Mountain Park, KSU, Lake Allatoona, Marietta Square, and Downtown Kennesaw. Access shopping at the likes of The Avenues of West Cobb, or Town Center Mall and so much more. Enjoy the convenient access to Kroger, Publix, and Walgreens also only minutes away.

Note that home has a one step sunk-in living room that may not be conducive for those with disabilities.

Will come back!

The house was spacious and very clean! We especially enjoyed a movie night in the finished basement. Our host provided everything we needed for our stay and offered nice amenities from coffee pods and paper towels in the kitchen to soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. I would love to visit again when we can make use of the screened in room off the back of the house.

Felt like family staying here. A

What splendid time! I felt like I was a guest staying in someone's home, rather than in a sterile place that had been built just to rent out. The home is well maintained and very clean with lots of thoughtful touches throughout, including a board games to entertain the family. Wifi was fast and never spotty. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and genuinely seemed to care about the quality of our stay. Was in the area to visit my sister and her kids for Christmas and was lucky to find this place so close to her house. I hope to stay here again and again. A

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. It was so close to our family and convenient to shopping and all of the necessities. Everything was clean and as described! We would definitely rent this house again for another trip to GA.

Excellent stay

Traveled to GA for a family wedding. House was great find, close to all family & 45 minutes from ATL airport. Accommodated 5 adults perfectly. Screened back patio was great for hanging out and playing cards. Kitchen was pleasantly well stocked so we did not have to eat out all week . and 2 grocery stores within 5-6 minutes. Would stay again

Best VRBO ever!

The owner was very prompt and thorough with communication. The home was bigger, cleaner and more updated than I was expecting or used to. Privacy is a big concern and this home is extremely private. Check in and check out was simple and quick. I recommend this home and plan to use it every trip to the area.

Perfect for our family 5 for a week

This house was a perfect landing spot for us while we were in town for a baseball tournament. I found it to be very clean upon arrival both inside and out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed our choice of games in the evening!

Stayed for baseball

Great spot if you are in town for Lakepoint sports! We played East Cobb and it is about 30min from there but the surrounding parks were far. Location was awesome with grocery and food 5 min away. House does need some updates but it’s in great shape and was perfect for us.

Great place - perfect for our family playing at Lakepoint baseball tourney

We came down w/my 76 yr old dad, brothers family (3 teenagers) for nephew’s tournament. The home was lovely & provided a perfect place for us to relax in the air conditioning. Location was excellent & central to the games. We enjoyed use of the grill & the kitchen amenities were fantastic as we made our meals at the house. The dishes, utensils, pots/pans were great and we loved the big fridge & all the cabinet/drawer space. We didn’t have stuff sitting out everywhere! We appreciated the coffee maker as well as the Kurieg! The upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms were roomy. The beds were comfortable & the closets provided a lot of space so we weren’t living out of suitcases! While we didn’t need the extra necessities provided ( soap, shampoo & condition etc) it was so nice to have it there! The only thing we were surprised about were the steps in and out of the sunken living room- we were specifically looking for a space without steps due to dad’s knees- so we worried A LOT! There’s a step down to the living room and step up to bedroom and kitchen. The outside space was so nice!! We had plenty of room to put up a badminton net & play a few games. Unfortunately, it was blazing hot during time so didn’t get enjoy the fire pit- but it looked cozy!! The downstairs basement provided a perfect space for the teens to relax, play piano, games & microwave popcorn. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a bathroom downstairs.

Great Property

This is a great house! We were in town for my grandson’s ball tournament and it was the perfect place for us. The house was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and in a very nice neighborhood. Also it was close to Lakepoint ballpark. If we come back for any more tournaments I will definitely try to stay here again.

Graduation stay

The home was perfect for my family. We were in town for a graduation. The home is not far from Kennesaw State University. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy along with the basement. I would definitely recommend.

Great house and yard

House was exactly as advertised. We had our dog and the yard was perfect, large enough to run him. Had a wonderful time. Great location, close to my son who we were visiting.

Perfect place

The home was in a good location. Loved it was a ranch. It was everything we needed. The home was well taken care of and clean. We would definitely stay there again if needed to be in the area.

Went to see the Braves

Me and my family went to see the Braves play Saturday and Sunday. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. The house was very nice, clean, lots of room and it had everything we needed for our stay. It had a lovely screened it porch for us to drink our coffee every morning. This house is a must have for anyone that is traveling to Atlanta Georgia or who is traveling and needs to rest. The host was very nice and answer me back with questions I had. I will rent this house again in the future.

Great for families playing at Lake point Sports Complex

Beautiful house and property. Has everything you need for a great stay. A grill would have made it perfect 😁 Close to Lakepoint sports complex makes it a great choice for families coming to play tournaments at the complex. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Home

We had an event at Lake Point for baseball and this home was only 20 short minutes away. It had plenty of property for our boys to toss around the ball and have smores on the outisde fire pit. The home is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The area was safe and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this home! Definitely will stay again if ever back in town!
