Very private 4 bedroom/4 bath home located just 1/4 mile south of the historic town of Boca Grande and across the street from the beautiful Boca Grande beaches. Miles of walking, biking, shelling, and swimming.
This 4/3 with a private pool is the perfect hidden getaway! The pool is hidden by a fence and there is entertainment areas, decks, and lanais for your enjoyment. The upper level of the house has 2 bedrooms with an open living area including a living room, dining area, den with 42' flat screen TV + a Bose surround system for total entertainment. Down stairs there is a "mother-in-law apartment" with 2 bedrooms creating privacy for two couples or large families. Two car carport with ample additional parking. The beach is a quick stroll or golf cart ride away! Pool spa Heat is not included, may be added on for fee.
