Great little get away!

We had a great time. The property is nice and secluded and was able to relax. Plesantly surprised upon arrival. Will keep this place in mind for future travels. Definitely recommend.

Great cabin!!

Our family stayed here while my son shot at the national archery tournament close by and it couldn’t have been more perfect!! Quiet location but still close to town! House was well stocked and had plenty of sleeping room!!

Perfect Golf/Fishing Trip

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as advertised and more. If you're looking for a nice place with plenty of room and privacy this is it. The modern appliances were a big plus including the washer and dryer. We do this once a year and hope to rent the same property next year.

Country Lake

Needed to get away for a mental health break. This is a lovely property near Rend Lake. The house is well maintained and comfortable. We had a nice, peaceful and relaxed time. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for some time to visit the lake. My only suggestions, would be to add a digital antenna to get the local channels, we wanted to see local news to follow the weather and see some morning shows that we keep up with.

Girls getaway

My friends and I were in the area for a get together and for a school reunion. We loved this rental, can’t say enough good about it. The host was the most helpful I’ve ever had through VRBO. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Quiet and relaxing

This is a great place to go for quiet relaxation. Short walk to the lake and on a private road. The fire pit is a great outdoor space, too! Renee is an excellent communicator. We had everything we needed!

Waverunner

Family of 4 with 2 waverunners & 1 spoiled dog. We love this location on lake with boat ramp 5 minutes from house. 2 teen boys had so much fun outside & they loved the old Monopoly board game in cabinet! The dog loved to big back yard & we could walk dog along gravel road to lake easily. My husband & I found kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook including knifes that actually cut (this never happens in rentals) & house & bedding were very clean. We will definitely be back!!

Cottage in the Woods.

We had intended meeting friend from Missouri for a chilled weekend catch up. Unfortunately they had issues at the last minute and could not make it. Despite that my wife and I had a lovely relaxed weekend just loving the back deck. As birders we were delighted with the Eastern Phoebe who kept us great company. The cottage itself was very neat, clean and cosy. Would recommend it to anyone. The Lake is a couple of minutes walk away, great location. Area is very quiet and loved the sight of wildlife wondering by.

Great place to stay for families

My sisters and our daughters had a weekend visit One was a vendor at the wine festival. The kitchen was grand and the beds were amazing. Hope to be back soon.

Home away from home
