This home is new to our family and we are super excited to put tons of love into it as we renovate and share with others…

It is 10 miles from Alpine/Palisades (Squaw) and 15 miles from Northstar. The property backs up to a beautiful paved bike path where you can enjoy a 2 mile ride to Tahoe City or keep riding along the stunning Truckee River all the way to Squaw/Alpine. Just across the highway are world class Nordic skiing & mountain bike trails for year round recreation. Ready to enjoy the sun, sand, and amazing crystal clear water of Lake Tahoe? A 1/2 mile walk will take you to the north entrance of Skylandia Beach/Park! If you prefer to just relax, light a cozy fire and enjoy the beautiful views of trees and lake while you watch a movie or read a book!

Our goal is for you to love this home as much as we do and come back for years to come!

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Lake Tahoe, in Dollar Point, e vanta una posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia. Palisades Tahoe e Northstar California Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Lovely cozy cabin

The cabin open space provides a beautiful view all around. It is well situated.in a good neighborhood and close to town. It also provides numerous of games for entertainment for all ages.

Winter Wonderland

We were lucky enough to have 6 inches fall during our stay, which made the views- including one of the lake and surrounding trees absolutely stunning. The owner shared with us that a plow would be coming to clear the driveway and gave us appropriate instructions. The open concept living area had 2 story views all around, which allowed a wonderful view and stay. Thank you!

A cozy Christmas

What a charming cabin! The hosts provided a wam, decorated retreat in the snow. All details were thought of from extra toothbrushes and razors, well marked directions, and awesome communication.

Everything about this place was wonderful! The location was spot on. The owners were super at communicating with us. In addition, it carried a personal feel because it is not managed by a company. Well stocked + amazing location

This is one of the most well stocked rentals I've ever been in, as far as kitchen supplies and beach supplies. We had everything in there to cook some meals at home + the chairs/wagon for the beach were very useful. While some of the appliances are on the older side, I think it adds to the old-school cabin vibes in a good way. The furniture is on the modern side + there are so many chairs in the main area, and the combo of modern furniture + cabin vibes is done perfectly - some places take the modern too far, when I rent in Tahoe I want it to feel like a cabin. Beds are comfortable, sheets/linens/towels all high quality, almost hotel-like. Overall, one of the best rentals I've had in Tahoe and will be back for sure!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean and well stocked. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect little getaway

We loved this house!! I rent in Tahoe frequently and this place was one of the homiest of all of them. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The windows upstairs were the best for viewing.. you can see the lake and there is lots of just space. The appliances were older but very clean and usable! I actually loved the stove because you just don’t see burners like that anymore. We walked to Skylandia just to get a great walk in and visit the beautiful beach. It was very relaxing and homey. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

My family and I had the most wonderful stay over Christmas. Jamie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is just as pictured. It is warm and charming and in a fantastic location. This would make for a great house any time of year. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Property

I had to change the dates of my travel. The property owners are super nice people. Everything was spot on. Linen, bedsheets etc. were super clean and comfy. The property is good as new. The upper portion has all the games for the kids, Kitchen has all the required needs, even paper plates, microwave popcorns. Small things made big impact on our stay. We had the best time ever. I will definitely stay at this property next time we visit.

Perfect weekend away!

The cabin exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spotless, homey and we felt so comfortable relaxing in the space, cooking, doing laundry and enjoying the starry nights from the gorgeous deck. The neighborhood is quiet, close to beaches and town, and has great access to biking and walking/running trails. Jaimie was also a communicative host that made us feel most welcome in the space. I would happily stay again!

Immaculate House!

This home was sparking when we walked in. We didn’t need anything, plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. It also has a great deck! Checking in was easy, and when the wifi went out that affected the door lock we got a text right away from the owner giving us an alternate way to lock the door. The house is also in a great location, close to beaches, boat rentals, zip lining and great restaurants. What a comfortable home, we had a great time!

Lovely family home in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in Lake Tahoe! The property was in immaculate condition with plenty of room for our 6 adult family party to have dinner, relaxing and watching tv and playing games on the deck. There were plenty of towels for us all and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. The windows around the living area were beautiful and allowed us full view of the beautiful nature right outside our door. We even saw a bear in a neigboring yard! A real find!

Nice Comfy House

This house is very comfortable and roomy. Garage is large enough for two cars and still room for ski gear. Plenty of wood for the fireplace! Bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small but plenty of hot water and room for storage. Upstairs was very relaxing and we loved the multiple large windows. It felt almost like we were outside. Couches and chairs were comfortable and kitchen was big enough for several people to work on a meal. Location is excellent and easy to get around either to Kings Beach and Incline or Tahoe City and Palisades. We would rent here again for sure!!

Wonderful ski retreat!

Exactly as photos and descriptions. wonderful open and light upstairs living area, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, 2 car garage. Loved walking through the quiet neighborhood down to see the lake. Snow removal was good, access to Palisades and Alpine easy. Jaimie was a very attentive owner and we’d recommend this home without reservation.
