La casa sulla spiaggia di J

La J House è arredata con praticamente tutto il necessario per rendere il meglio del vostro soggiorno. La cucina ha un grande frigorifero e freezer, piatti, pentole e padelle, utensili da cucina, tostapane, forno a microonde, posate e lavastoviglie, ha anche una bottiglia di acqua filtrata fresca.

Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di doccia che vengono forniti con acqua fresca. Vi è una doccia supplementare fuori il patio posteriore da utilizzare dopo un tuffo in mare. Se si sceglie di non portare cibo ci sono molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere.

Avere un frigorifero full size e freezer, piatti, pentole e padelle, utensili da cucina, tostapane, forno a microonde, posate e lavastoviglie, ha anche una bottiglia di acqua filtrata fresca. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di docce che vengono forniti con acqua fresca. Vi è una doccia supplementare fuori il patio posteriore da utilizzare dopo un tuffo in mare. Se si sceglie di non portare cibo ci sono molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere.

La spiaggia è a un tiro di schioppo. Guarda la marea entrare mentre si uscire con gli amici e la famiglia, mentre barbequing sul patio. Dolphin watching è un favorito per la maggior parte dei visitatori e, a volte si può anche raggiungere la fortuna di avvistare una balena in lontananza. Mettetevi comodi questa è la vostra vacanza!

Se vi piace essere in casa, sarà sicuramente godere la zona giorno principale. Ha tutti i comfort che si avrebbe bisogno di essere lontano da casa. Questa breve vacanza spiaggia casa comprende quasi tutti i comfort che si possa trovare a casa, come un lettore DVD con suono surround e TV satellitare. Relax, prendere un carico fuori.

Family Spring Break

Great house in a great location. Owner was very easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had so much fun we rebooked for Memorial Day!

Comfortable and Quiet

Great split bedroom floor plan and well equipped kitchen. Soft throw blankets around and a secure front courtyard for our pooch. Host replies to texts if you need anything at all. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Long weekend

House has awesome beach front and a private courtyard. Satellite tv in both bedrooms is a nice touch. Dia de los Muertos festivities were a blast on Rodeo Drive.

Great dog friendly beachfront location

The only negatives about our stay is that the property is more dated than appears in photos. We were made aware that decor had been removed from walls to prep for painting but not informed that the kitchen had been dismantled for cabinet reno and a very limited amount of cookware and dishes were on a cart for use. This affected our plans for cooking most meals. Gail was very receptive to my feedback after check out about kitchen supplies and hopefully after renovations complete, the house will be as presented. I feel the rental rate was high considering the property is not as presented at this time. We were really happy about the dual master suites each with access to the patio and this was a plus that helped us choose this particular property but the doors were rusted shut. A couple of the bedroom windows also were damaged so no ocean views through those. There is also a significant fly problem and some wasps and bees. There is an electric swatter provided and Gail told me there was wasp spray when I let her know but we aren't fond of the chemicals so we made do with the swatter. The upsides were that the house is outfitted with high quality furniture, appliances, very comfortable beds and nice quality linens. The location is fantastic! having the outdoor shower and being dog friendly was wonderful. Gail was very friendly and helpful with the issues we had regarding A/C and water delivery. Luis the handyman was great in getting those taken care of. We made do with the rest.

Supreme Spring Break!

The J. Beach house is by far the best place we have ever rented in the many years we have been coming down. It is so we'll appointed and the beds were so comfy!! Not to mention that it is so close to town but so private. We will be returning for sure!!

It was very calm and quite. It gets really dark being away from the city. Traffic goes by pretty fast. Didnt have any water issues. Power went out once but for a really short time.

Great access to the beach

The sunsets each evening were so cool. The architecture of the home was very intriguing and beautiful. The access from the road through the back courtyard was very private and we spent quite a bit of time out there. The home was spacious and everything was easy to find and use. We had a really amazing stay at the beach.

Love the layout of the house. 2 bedrooms separated by the living space. The back patio was amazing to sit and hear the waves. Loved having the beach so close. The host is amazing! Thank you!

Much needed break from the hustle

The property is an amazing home that sits amongst fabulous homes in Las Conchas. We truly love going to this home and will return again. The neighborhood is safe and the home is clean. If you need a break from the hustle, let this ocean front home provide that relief!

Do not stay here!

We got to the home... It was our first time to Rocky Point. Finally got into the house after we did not receive the last email with the lock box code. The Owner did not return or answer Text messages for about 30 min... Every review she had for this property was wonderful. It is not a wonderful property. I don't know where those review came from. But we walked in the door looked around a little in the house. It smelled awful! Our small dog when we went to get our bags tried to get back in the car, he hated the house. He has never acted like that before. In the list of Do's and Don'ts for the property, you are not allowed to open windows, change air conditioning setting to below 78.. I won't go through all the don'ts but the stink in that place was awful. I don't think opening the windows would have even helped. After bringing our bags in we decided to just leave it was that bad. We found another place to stay that night and it was fantastic, our dog loved it, it did not smell and it was clean. I contacted the owner of this property told her the problem and that we did not stay in the house. I did ask her for 1/2 our money back I felt that was fair. She responded with huge lengthy text message about how wonderful her house is and how wonderful she is.... AND SHE NEVER REFUNDED US A PENNY! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOUSE! DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS....

Perfect for our beach getaway!

This is our 2nd time at this property and we will likely be back. It’s a perfect spot to get away to the beach. Far enough from the crowds in town, but close enough to go grab lunch, shop or get some supplies. The house is older but very well maintained and set back far enough from the beach to feel very private. It is dog friendly and the front courtyard is gated and safe for the dog to have a place to play! Gail was very responsive and helped us with a few little glitches when we arrived. Gail has set up the house to feel like a home and we really enjoyed it. The internet worked great I had a few zoom calls throughout the week. My only minor feedback is that the house instructions are very thorough, but could benefit from an update since the TV and other components are newer and the maintenance phone numbers listed are older. Gail helped us work through it and everything was great.

There is no beach like this one. I can walk out my house down to the beach and be the only person there. We have all kinds of marine life, we swim with the dolphins. The water is warm and clear. I can shore dive, snorkel etc.
