The modern furnished 140 sqm spacious penthouse extends over the entire attic of the house, without being affected by sloping roofs. The spacious living room is the focal point of the apartment. In the large bright lounge area guests can sit comfortably together or just relax or read. Two comfortable TV chair and a large flat-screen TV are a bit off in the room, however, television is just as possible from the couch. A large furnished roof terrace promises sunshine almost all day and a nice view of the neighboring houses and gardens. In the large open kitchen with window, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with ceramic hob, etc., it is fun to prepare the meals. An adjoining counter with three bar stools and a dining table that seats 5 people are available for shared meals. Both bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space and an additional smaller flat-screen TV. The quieter of the two rooms is located on the back of the house with the same look as the roof terrace. From the other bedroom window you can watch the hustle and bustle in the lake road. There are two comfortable bathrooms. This rather small bathroom has a shower and vanity / WC. Here guests also have a washing machine available. The larger bathroom has a shower, bath and double washbasin. Guests can also make use of the sauna here. A guest toilet is located next to this bathroom. Guests can park their cars or bicycles in the unlocked underground car park. The delivery of the Rossmann branch may occasionally cause temporary noise disturbances.

This house is located in the heart of Ahlbeck, only 150 meters from the promenade and the white sandy beach. The well-known Ahlbecker pier is also just a stone's throw away. In Ahlbeck, the bustle in the Seestraße, which can be reached in a few steps.
