This property should be removed from VRBO listings. The Host was extremely rude. He actually called us "Asheville Freeloaders" (and we're not from Asheville) because we complained about not being able to get in the hot tub for 2 days! The first day the hot tubshottib temp was 76 and lnly 86 the 2 d
We had a couple of issues when we got there. When we reached out to the property owner he was very prompt with correcting them. The hot tub was a very enjoyable way to warm up considering how cold it got at night. If I had to give this any kind of rating it would have to be a 10 out of 10
The property was so much better than the description. We had everything we needed, host was most helpful in everyway. Definitely will be back to visit Troy!!!
Very affordable house, we were expecting something alot smaller for the price, it is situated 15 mins from beach and wilmington we will most definatly be staying again, the restaurants that are close by are amazing and within walking distance
The place was exactly how it was described. Troy met us when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed, he was very attentive. It was so peaceful, precisely what we were looking for.
Could’ve been a little cleaner it wasn’t cleaned very well. I wanted to have a birthday cake beside the hot tub on the table, but there was a big hole in the ceiling for the rain came in and Wet the table and chairs The host Was nice, but couldn’t get the water wheel to work. Just needs a little TLC around the area, but would love to go back.
Great place to stay. Owner stopped by when we checked in and was very hospitable. The cabin was comfortable and situated in a private location with beautiful scenery. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The stay was okay.
Main complaint was cleanliness and maintenance.
Otherwise it was a very peaceful place and the owner was extremely nice. Troy was very helpful and check up on us often. He just needs to hire help for cleanliness and maintenance.
The cabin was a cute, cozy getaway. My family and I enjoyed our stay and the jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. I really liked having my coffee out on the back porch in the mornings. The jacuzzi building and the flower beds need a little TLC but everything else was great.

Nice getaway
I did enjoy this place. Could have been cleaner than it was and mained a little better. Not sure who treated the hottub or with what, but it did burn our skin. I would stay here again if it were maintained better
Love this place. Super clean. Convenient location. Excellent manager. Troy was amazing to assist with any concerns. Quiet, nestled on top of hill side with nothing around to disturb you. Planning on being back in November!
This was a great weekend getaway for two. Close to Bryson City, 20 mins from Cherokee and an hour an half from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hot tube was great after a day of walking even in the cold evening temps.
This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back. It is so peaceful and we love the Hottub after a long day of hiking or fishing Mr. Snow Is an amazing host. Close enough to all attractions and the GSMRR. We look forward to a summertime adventure.
So perfect for our family's annual Polar Express Adventure, the kids enjoyed the hot tub and loft. The cabin was as described and plenty of space for the five of us. Very ckean and host was quick to respond and informative.
We will be back in the summer.
Highly recommend as a place to stay with family.
Overall nice cabin, could use a little TLC on the steps and walk way to and from the hot tub. A few throw blankets for lounging after a long day of sight seeing and hiking would be nice. The internet is not so great so streaming movies had a lot of buffering but kind of expected that being up in the mountains it was really cold and Troy wasn’t happy with the comforter in the master so he brought us a brand new one that was so warm and comfortable. Glad we were in a Jeep not sure a sedan would make it up the steep dirt/gravel driveway especially after a good rain.
